yea.. i saw Hyper in Atlas, she was so close to 50 before my WS hit 50 (was 49 at the time) ..proves I've too much time to play the game as I levelled before her O.o

Its not the time it takes but the fun you had getting there. And by sounds of thing you had a lot of fun gratz to you Hyper Fox. Three dings in one night and I am glad I was one of em.

I've just looked through some old screenshots and I'm fairly sure Hyperfox was in her teens on or around 12th Feb 2005, so after this ceremony:

It definately was a long LONG time coming. But it's the quality of play not the,er, speed eh? ('Spose i did have about 4 months off though due to lack of internetage!).
Thanks to everybody i've ever played with, which as it stands, is quite a percentage of the playerbase due to me...ahem, taking my sweet time and being out-levelled by pretty much everybody (2 or 3 times over).
It hasn't quite sunk in that i actually hit 50 yet.

For those of you that teamed with Kah and have said nice things about her, this is the player most responsible for me not giving up on Kah back in the early days. Top Empath, top teacher and a top player.... Grats again Hyperfox

At the time of the long-awaited ding, Hypersnail was surrounded by close friends, SG-mates old and new - not so much because they cared, more because they wouldn't have believed it had they not seen it with their own eyes. 
In the space of just under a year, Hypertortoise has managed to plod out 50 levels in the same time it took for most of the rest of us to hit 50/hit 50 twice/quit/re-sub/die/resurrect. The final path towards the big Five Oh was marked with all the characteristics that had defined the previous 49 levels... in so much as it was poorly organised, messy, frantic, full of debt, and packed full of pointless binds and emotes from all concerned.
So Foxy - congratulations! I look forward to making a similar post this time next year when we manage to drag another one of your toons to 50.
