I slot recovery aura with 3 recharges, it used to be 6 recharges before ED. No one has ever complained about it not recovering enough.
I slot speed boost with 3 endurance modifications, it's just something I've always done. Haven't seen people run out of of endurance, maybe you do have a point in changing it's slotting.
Curious to see some more opinions here. Empathy experience lvl 48 defender, kinetics is lvl 39 defender.

My RA is slotted 3 recharge and 3 end recovery thingies!
I feel it's the best slotting of RA, especially (if like me) you don't happen to have stamina or hasten! I find RA is quite a fun and selfish buff!
Yeah i have it 3 and 3 (used to be 6 recharge pre ED and was effectively perma).

SB: 1 end mod suffices in almost all cases. 2 is very nice. 3 is overdone 
I slot speed boost on my kinetic (level 43) with 3 end. modifications, I find it's worth it particularly for when I exemp to before stamina when some builds can chew through what it gives unslotted, aided by the recharge boost. At higher level I like it to be slotted for recovery so if someone's zeroed out their endurance (nukes/EMP), the minute their endurance starts recovering they can start playing at full capacity and still recharge.
Plus, I have the slots, so why not? It might be overkill in a lot of situations, but it's not taking anything away from the build either, and occasionally it's handy.

My spines/DA runs out of end with SB unslotted, this is with DS, Quills, the 3 shields, Cj, acro and focused accuracy running.
I agree with the OP and I don't see any point in slotting SB, as transference gives you a full bar of END every 15 sec or so as long as it hits.

i slotted my speed boost for 3 recharge and 3 run speed, scared the [censored] outta the teams so much i had to drop the run speeds, very few players could actually handle fighting at superspeed speeds all the time, although it was worth it for the amusement value watching team mates ping miles off into the distance after being hit by the speed boost. Pull that nearest group? nope pull the group 3 mobs deeper, hehehe.

But if Kin is your secondary Speed Boost is probably worth slotting anyway because it is less effective ( is it 60% or 80% for controllers ). Also as a controller you are less likely to spam Transference as much as you have better things to do than see how fast you can get your recharges by stacking Siphon Speed and Hasten, like perhaps using holds.

Plus I had to get Stamina. Bah. Kinetics is far more fun on the Defenders side of things.

On my controller Transference is one of my highest priority powers, if it's recharged I use it.

um, on my controller, who is ice/kinetics, I'm constantly firing off transference and siphon speed because:
1) I need the endurance to use my holds
2) I need the recharge speed to use my holds (I don't run hasten instead I have Siphon Speed on auto...)
Find the combination of the holds/immobs and the kinetics works very well.

Agreed. My Ice/Dark Corruptor can eat through a Kin Corruptor's SB very easily.
There is a similar post on Corruptor's thread but here goes anyway.
Is there anyone like me who does see any point in slotting more than 1 end mod in Speed Boost as it has a 0.97 end per second base recovery. I've never seen people run out of end with it on, normally I use a half empty blue bar as a cue to apply another one.
Also do people slot recovery Aura with end mods or just recharge? Recovery Aura has a base of about 1.67, the same as base endurance recharge.
Note: stamina is about 0.41 end per second base ( 25% of natural recovery ), quickrecovery is about 0.66 ( 33% of natural recovery ).
