AV's are fun, they put up a good fight 
Raylin is up for it, mostly online on week evenings. When we get to the higher levels I have a blaster (50) and empath defender(48) to switch to if needed.

I would gladly join whenever possible with my blaster (currently 43). Also, I have the whole Maria Jenkins arc to do on my troller if we run out of missions

always up for avs, have finished the av arcs with my first 2 characters, have to say i've never had a problem making a team to kill av's. my empath will help if needed as long as ur killing all in the missions and not just doing a hit and run on the avs, as most of the missions are very good xp
Good to know there's some interest in this I thought we could make a global chat channel - so say come 7pm if we're about we can arrange a meet n beat (-up the archvillain). As a computer professional, I was thinking an obscure set of initials such as 'uaaa' (Union Anti-Archvillain Alliance) for the chat channel name

All Golden Golem seems to do these days are Portal AV missions, he's finished all of his now and has the Portal Jockey badge. In fact I don't think he has left Peregrine Island this year.
However despite that he is quite happy to help anyone defeat their AVs, or any other portal mission. I usually play him once or twice a week.

Well I made the uAAA channel, just for larks, but I can just as easily be caught on coalition chat by most of you.
I've put Ilservian on hold until the sewer trial on Sunday, but after that I'll be pressing on to 50, so there should be plenty of archvillains to look forward to.
I'll also be looking to do the Shadow Shards TFs if I can muster the interest. As ever I'll make a forum post with the details once I've thought it out.

Yep, I'm up for this too having just hit 47 (with Yellow) and pretty much having an AV in every mish. Oh, and any hints for dealing with Black Swan much appreciated, as she totally owned us last night resulting in the team disbanding after an evening of wiping the floor with all the previous AV's....

Eheh, we could've made her, we just needed to clear the surrounding mobs and avoid single people goin in a mob alone and be slaughtered one by one because they weren't looking where they were goin

Step 1) Clear all other mobs on the map, she likes to run, just like Diabolique, and that draws aggro. Especially if you've tagged her with some Rad debuffs.
Step 2) Everyone pile on her at once and pummel the living wossname out of her.
Step 3) Hope you survive the nova.
Step 4) Exit completed mission.

Err.....That sounds like Nightstar, Black Swan is the cute lass in black outfit with Dark Melee and those monkey-like Shadows as mobs and afaik she has not any nova =\
Hi all, in my infinite musings, and given my recent push to get my scrapper to 50 before I die, I recalled prior posts from days of yore about the abundance of archvillains in the 40s and the general difficulty in mustering teams to deal with them all.
I thought a potential solution, that would provide both help with tackling archvillains and a good turn of experience, helping to fasttrack the 40-50 run, would be some regular team-ups, where participants would get their archvillain missions lined up and we could tackle 2-4 missions of an evening.
This wouldn't have to be the same team all the time, it'd just be a given time that people could agree to meet and do a series of archvillain missions - folks in the 30s that might be interested in getting sidekicked could join for the experience and general funning (and higher levels could get their nice shiny mentoring badges!), missions that otherwise might sit around get done, and everyone's a winner.
So what do people think? Would there be any interest in this kind of thing? Personally I'd be happy to put a couple of week nights aside for this kind of thing, and maybe even have a run over the weekend at some point, but obviously the whole thing falls apart if there's only the one person interested in doing it
