Ok back to base building...
I still have no idea how salvage works. And I have a ton of the stuff.
Anyone care to explain it to me? Or is it in fact really simple and I should just go figure it out for myself? Or would it be a good idea to hand over all my salvage to DreamWeaver for use to build all sorts of lovely stuff like fishtanks and coffee tables?
I don't want to accidently spend the VGs infamy by mucking about and doing something wrong.
well, basically u can transform salvage into either tech or arcane units of workable items, like tech power or arcane essence (iirc, been a while), dreamer swaps around the work benches/forges to build what she can and use as much of our salvage as poss, she is kinda self appointed base editor 
if u want to place something and can build it, 1st check that we dont have 1 already, then check with dreamer or me or some1 vaguely important to see if its ok to place it, there are other things we need, but for now i want an insp despenser! hehe. we have enough prestige to last tho, but be warned, if u delete a personal item u lose the item and dont get the salvage back, so generally wise to ask first. ToeBee is ur local information point i believe
if u need to meet dreamer then PM her if u dont see her on regularly, u can only carry 20 or so of most salv items, but an infinite variety as i understand it.

Hi! ^_^ I have been allowed to play for a month once more, I believe. I will try my best to make as much progress as I can regarding my level and also earn as much Prestige as I can. Myself and Vex received prestige today upon defeating the Nemesis Arch-villain. I apologise that I do not have City of Villains, I am uncertain if I can provide a sufficient explaination as of why however it is sincerely my preference to be a hero.
I would not feel comfortable playing a villain and also altering Lokanna's appearance to suit a more threatening appearance. I enjoy remaining outside of the player versus player combat, which I am awful at as Plight Trawler can varify, hehe! ^_^
I enjoy playing a great deal. So much so that I sincerely do not feel the need to create a villain. This particular part may sound somewhat strange however Lokanna as a villain or to make a villain counterpart would not feel quite the same. I am also playing so a friend can ultimately play as a Warshade or Peacebringer for the first time upon myself reaching level fifty. He has been kind enough to subscribe me once more.

I am uncertain of the amount of time between today and the even I intend to speak however I believe it was within the previous week.
After completing a task within The Hollows with Dismal and others I asked if myself and Vex may go to the arena as I wished to experiance what it is like to fly using the jetpack. It quickly expired however, two minutes seemed to very much longer than it felt whilst flying.
I however afterwards asked if Vex could explain the Gladiator duel mode to me. He did so and we proceeded to have a single gladiator duel so that I may learn to use them. We proceeded with our matches, which were a great deal of fun. I believe I noticed a level nineteen person within our supergroup asking for a team within the coalition chat between the intervals of our Gladiator matches.
After we had concluded our gladiator matches and I had been defeated, hehe! I asked for Vex's approval and proceeded to ask for the level nineteen players permission to join a group with myself and Vex. I intended to help her by providing a group that she may train with as I am quite aware of how lonely it can become whilst completing tasks alone. She suggested and switched to her alternate character whom was level-thirty or so I believe.
We proceeded with the task and I was unable to protect her from the Sniper fire of the Nemesis' at the back of the room behind the small spider robots. I was responsible for causing her to reach the debt limit and I apologised. >_< I later descovered somewhat to my relief that she was also Dreamweaver, hehe! I believe that was our first ever task together and I caused her to be consecutively defeated. I believe I made an awful first impression in regards to how useful I can be within tasks however it was a great deal of fun to meet her to my knowledge for the first time. >_<
May I request advice regarding apropriately enhancing my martial arts and dark armour attacks. I have been absent for quite some time and I did not have the opportunity to learn how to best use the new changes to the enhancements system.
May I also request participation in the 'Alter the Portal Devices' task as I believe I may have missed a badge which is rewarded upon defeating the Nemesis Rex Arch-villain. If I have previously fought and beaten the non-rex Arch-villain may I ask if I will have received the badge needed. I was told there are lots of important badges given for the story arc which I am in the process of completing. May I ask if anyone can tell me if I have earned the badge previously by checking my badges? I do not believe I can remember if I have received a badge upon defeating the Nemesis arch-villain with Vex's assistance. My memory is very unrelyable. >_<

oh and about the debt cap thing with dreamweaver (i presume u met ranger emily), im sure she didnt mind, no one gets quite as much debt as some in ateam with me, especially if they are married to me glad u two got acquainted (but dont get any ideas lol)
right, MA is a stun set, high dmg to single targets, AoE KD iirc (thats area of effect knock down, dragons tail i think). main thing you want to do is have a few accuracy SOs, and a then 2-3 dmg (preferably at least 3 for good dmg attacks, of which u wont need many) SOs, with possibly some stun enhancements if u can fit them in, but test these out vs white con mobs as sometimes they arent worth it, its a long time since i played my mid lvl MA/SR scrapper. the main 2 single attacks can stun, the second more than the 1st, and then cobra strike will stuna Lt, so if u are looking to defeat a boss, u need to get cobra strikes accruracy, stun duration and recharge enhanced, then stack it with one of the lesser stuns to knock them out (w00t).
As for DA im not the expert, but u seem to do ok with me about, a few end reducers here and there, some are slottable for defence as well as resistance, so u get hit less often for less dmg which helps, and make sure ur heals are accurate, often and large as possible, think about the claok of fear etc, see if it fits with ur build (i think its DA and not DM at leas :s). as for the badge, just keep asking on good old coalition (and maybe arena ) and im sure uwill get the portal thingemy mission, u can check ur badges on ur own info from the opotions (options>J) or in the badge list on the nav bar drop down, it should be an achievement i believe if its really there. im a bit hazy on badges, but i know that if u max out all ur contacts at the higher levels u tend not to miss many at all.
hope that helpd a tad, and i will get Ed to swing by and give his views on DA.
oh and btw, if u arent sure about the whole ED effect on powers, as a rule dont slot more than 3 of the same SO into a power, DOs are bearly touched and SOs are unaffected.
(3 SOs now = 100% ish if +3s, used to be more like 111% iirc, 6 SOs was like 222% but is now only about 114% at +3s)

Hi guys here I am as requested With the Dark armour set I would suggest for any style of build getting all three armours of course and slotting them with 2 end reduction SO's and 3 resistance. Dark armour suffers with no Knockback protection so leaping power pool is a must, or at the outside slotted hover, as knockback is far less of a problem then. Tough is always a good choice to raise your Smashing/Lethal resistances ontop of what Dark Embrace provides although with Dark being a High endurance usage set im not sure if it could take yet another toggle, but it might be worth a try for more survivability. If you go this route general opinion says dont take weave, its a turkey now :f
Dark regen is a great heal and in my humble opinion doesn't need actual enhancement for healing, top priority here is recharge and accuracy SO's as 3 foes will fill your health bar when this power is unslotted for heal.
Now we come to the things I'm less certain on. As your primary set martial arts is a single target set, I think you would get the best mileage out of just running cloak of fear from the auras, and keeping everything feared with no chance to strike back (it has a nice -accuracy element along with its fear). Or with Death shroud on top doing more damage over time but you will also recieve more, but not as much as without Cloak of Fear I wouldn't go for Oppressive Gloom if you take Cloak of Fear, both seems to be overkill to me. Fear is regarded to work better with a damage aura than disorient. So in summation I would suggest either Oppressive gloom or Cloak of Fear by themselves, or, Cloak of Fear and Deathshroud together.
Cloak of darkness is a judgement call whether you want a stealth power or not, its a pretty good one that gives +perception and immobilise protection, so is always a better choice comming from your primary than stealth.
Soul Transfer is a self rez and as such I would never take it, nuff said
I could post a suggested MA/DM build for you to get ideas from if like Loki. Anyways hope this info is of some help, have fun 
Would like to add that I missed out one type of Enhancement on Dark Regen, and thats Endurance Reduction, very important
My suggested slotting for Dark Regen is 2 accuracy, 2 end reduction and 2 recharge reduction. Maybe going with putting one of those upto 3 and reducing another to 1 to compensate, depends on what your tastes are like and how you are coping with endurance with other things, as dark regen gobbles up a fair bit of your end bar to use, but its something you want to use often because it will increase your suvivability in bad situations considerably.

Ok, here's a base build, I haven't played MA very high, so I include very basic post-ED 5 slotting, including most of the primary in hopes that this would have the material to form a nice chain My main input is Dark Armour anyway hehe.
I've picked powers upto lvl38 but slots somewhere into the mid 40's just to show how I would basic slot everything. I've included a Deathshoud+Cloak of Fear combo in this build, but again this is only as example and hasten was added at the end just as a filler.
Hope this gives ya some ideas

Altough it looks like im going to be on even less since ive got character modeling on my course for this semester so that will be taking up most of my free time.
