I've asked for this many times before. I'll say it again. I want it. I would let trappers blow me up any time, even if it gave me debt.
Having a powerset that actually allowed you to murder a teammate would make fallout and vengeance a lot easier to use.
And it would also greatly increase the usefulness of many players

I imagine that it would have a confirmation window, so you can't kill an unwilling teammate, and wouldn't leave a corpse (like Self Destruction from the Cyborg Pack) so it couldn't be used for corpse-bombing/veng-baiting.

That would work, but if I was the one doing the power designing I'd make it work like the Mystic Fortune power: you'd cast it on them, they'd have to agree to it, and then if they did they would get a temp power. The temp power would basically be a Self Destruction clone, after you click it once you would strap the bomb on, hit the detonator, nuke the spawn and the power would disappear from your tray. Likewise, if you didn't use the power in 5 minutes (roughly the recharge time of the power when fully slotted for recharge) it would also disappear.
I agree with the idea! Some of my RL friends have been gettin' real annoying...
