It's not hypocritical if you find something unchallenging to not play it, which I dont really even play this game any more, I find challenges in other games. Hypocritical is when you claim you want a new greater challenge and stay here where you will never find one.

Hypocritical is someone saying people should read the lolstories and complain a game that they ARE still participating in, and yet going to a game that's being made by the same PERSON that they complained about.

Warhammer is not made by anyone that I believe contributed to COH, because thats what I play. I really don't play COH any more , I keep my subscription active because I like to jump on and pvp now and then.
The rest of your statement is so far from reality it's absurd. COH as a property was turned over to NCsoft a while ago, November 6, 2007 to be exact. In 2008 Bill Roper became design director for Cryptic for the "other hero game", he helped design all those games I am sure you never bought like Diablo , Diablo 2 , Diablo 2 LOD, the entire Warcraft series...etc.. He was named one of the top game designer of all time, being that he arrived to the company in 2008 and COH came out in 2005, long after it was already sold, he had nothing to do with COH's creation. Jack Emmert was lead designer on COH, he is now Chief Creative officer of cryptic. I don't dislike any of thier work, I consider them brilliant people, however I feel that since they left that the changes to the game were not for the better. I know this might come as news to you seeing how you were probably not playing the game in 2007, so anything that came befor then you would not be familiar with. I don't see how you can dislike them or thier work either, being that you are playing COH (Jack Emmerts design) and probably own a title by Bill Roper. It's wierd how when people talk about the "old gang" they talk as if it was thier ex-girlfriend they caught cheating on them, and they go all Jerry Springer. People move on, all things have a begining and an end, they moved on, I did, not everyone gets so emotionally invested in a game as some people. Albert Einstien once said that insanity can be defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result each time. Let me know if you see a patern yet.

I am seeing other games now, I need my space, I know what we had was special, but I think you need to move on and start seeing other games as well. I am sure there are other people you have yet to threaten thier families as well and you need to go out and experience that. Well if the other server beat the Tf in 25 minutes and it's been out for a week or two, i think with some practice we can beat that time by a few minutes. It's nice to have a large active group of skilled players to team with on a daily basis.
Heck i heard some groups were still using nukes and shivans on their 2 hour RSF's. I think that's just ridiculous. I mean since i9's invention system came out, any halfway intelligent player could in theory, make their toon two to three times more effective in their role.
One of the reasons i'm glad to be the leader of the Nites of Darkness is that we really gel as a group. The trust and respect we all share among ourselves is a wonderful thing in an MMO.
Running in game tasks over and over, becoming more and more efficient really says a lot about teamwork. Plus it's great fun to beat a previous time. It adds to the challenge. Nobody likes going through the motions. A lot of simple minded people log on, and go through their menial tasks in their slow methodical pace, and that's really sad, because this is an MMo with i think at last check stood for Massive Multiplayer.
I really enjoy people, and teaming, and as with all MMO groups, a constant influx of new people is always good. Heck it's one of the reasons we've been one of the largest groups on this server, almost 4 years now. And if that wasn't enough i decided to make a private chat channel for not only the sg, but also great players in the game we've teamed with and share our philosophies of teamwork and being the best team player you can be. Heck the last i checked, our alliance X channel had over 430 global names in it. Which is a very large number for one of the "smaller servers".
I'm always glad to help new players find a home with people that will help teach them new things about the game and to become a better player. forinstance maybe someone was in a small group and it was poorly run and they decided to leave. A lot of sg's out there are run by tyrants who expect people to do things for them, like have prestige quotas, rankings, rules, and other nonsense. I find a lot of those groups fail due to poor leadership. I'm always glad to help relocate those players into an atmosphere where they are treated with respect and equality, that my friend's is how you build and maintain and successful SG.
sure some groups like to take their time running in game tasks, and we do that as well. But heck with the great players we're surrounded by every day, why not try to break some records?

They have increased the power of high end players through the IO system, all I'm asking for is to raise there Higher end content to meet that demand. If I can to solo Taskforces ment for a team of 8 then I think there's a problem....

Just saw this topic on Active Topics and wanted to do a quick comment...
The problem with wanting a challenge from the devs with your (and others) "high end" builds/toons is that not everyone has all the IO sets/purples/pvp IOs/whatever. They have said before that they are basing any challenges/content on people/toons with SOs (or was it just base IOs...I'm thinking SOs). So two things can be done about this...
1.) Have toons with only SOs in them and no IOs/sets
or
2.) Do what you are already doing, use MA and create missions that challenge you/your builds/toons/etc.
