Im pretty sure Ive gotten a second wedding band after my first ran out on a 50 by running steph's arc again through Oro.
So i wouldnt get too worked up over it unless this issue is for both flashback and normal mission variants of Steph's arc. youi can always go back and get it again through Oro if it bugs out on you in your normal arc- sounds like her not giving it only happens "sometimes" by the known issues quote.

I believe the Ouro version is an Echo version. It only lasts for something like 5 minutes, compared to 2(?) hours.

Ya same I usually just run the oura arc to get it no chance of out leveling it then.
edit: no I have got it from oura before and it's the full 2 hours. It's the warwolfs that you only get 3 summons from the flashback

I usually start her missions at 22 and have no problem wrapping up her arc before 25. Since you specifically said you unlock her and then do the regular contacts, just slide her arc in beforehand.
...I forgot what experience means.
The Oro version is only an echo if you have had the power previously.

Blackavaar, I have had to petition customer support for the last 5 or so times I got the Wedding Band. I would go see Steph and she would not give it to me. I suppose that I may have outleveled her on some of those heroes, but as I recall, she just would not cough it up, period, regardless of level.
It did not stop there! She also would stiff me on the Warwolf Whistle later on! I have had to petition THAT each of the last several times as well.
"Working as Intended" if you outleveled the mission is just can't be right.
What is next, no Spelunker badge unless you Exemp? No cape unless you are level 20?
Surely there is an explanation for this that does not mean what it apparently means. Perhaps they simply mean you have to petition if you have outleveled. Yeah, that's it.

There is an easy fix now. If you are going to outlevel her, then just turn off your 'Earn XP' toggle in the options menu.

I also have had it granted through petition 3 times with characters who finished between lvl 27 and 30 (non-flashback), but since that patch note was added I've run it once with level 25, and dinged 26 upon facing Heracles and was still awarded the Wedding Ring along with the merits. It might have been because I was still level 25 as I hadn't trained to 26 yet.

Yeah, I seem to be having to turn off XP more and more lately.
Wait. Does this mean you don't get the power if you level inside the mission (thereby fighting Heracles at -1 level) or if hit level 25 and outlevel her whole arc?
The latter might be understandable, but it reads like they mean the former. That doesn't make any sense. With an 8-man team and loads of patrol XP to work off, it would be extremely easy to level within that or any other mission at that level.
What it actually means is, from now on, if you happen to not get the Temp Power you cannot Petition to get it if you are level 25 or above. The GMs will the send the standard "working as intended" reply if you do.
Thats sucky.

I thought echos only happened if you already obtained a timed temp power and burned it out already/ Right? If you got Wedding Band prior you get teh echo version if you have never recieved it prior you get teh full item.

Um, why? I almost always end up outleveling this granny before I can manage to finish her mission. Now I'm going to be out a Temp Power every time I do her arc while working other arcs at the same time. WTH?
As a standard for my solo heroes I always try to unlock Stephanie's arc as soon as I pop twenty before I go around doing the other arcs in that range. I did so to ensure that I would be able to finish the arc and get her temp power at the end. Now, well I guess that's right out the window.
Was there some kind of exploit being used? Are we not supposed to be allowed to have the Wedding Band after level 25? Really, why the hell was this change made?
