3 Stalkers would also be annoying. Most people that would participate most likely know how to use their Stalkers, and it would be pretty stupid for 3 of them to come in, kill once, and then go afk for the rest of the match.

Technically, I'm some kind of rep or another. I don't know, though. I think Sneaky and I were "Test Server" reps for about a week when we came back in i14.
Either way, I can probably act like I'm doing something important to speed things up on this. If anything, I can ensure that the regulations won't be retarded (hopefully).
No repeating ATs sounds like a very solid idea. Given the way doms are working now (HEY GUYS LET'S GIVE AN ALREADY OVERPOWERED AT A DAMAGE BUFF!!!), I doubt that many people would bring much else other than two doms and an emp otherwise.
That said, any other ideas for rules? Let me know, preferably in this post so I'll actually read them.

Yeah, I'd say that is a given - DR ON, or all we would see are therms and stalkers. TS and HD OFF because, well, TS AND HD are gay.
Arena bought insps and temps being a-ok are also a given.
Is this going to be a league or a ladder? I know the post says league (Actually, it says "legaue"), but people often call ladders leagues (And sometimes legaues, apperently).

Recently this has been well.. a little far from the truth. I will contact NC tomorrow and see what is available if you like. However any prizes given by the PvPEC over the last several months have come directly from the server reps themselves. With the exception of gold titles or forum titles that is. I guess a good question here is what prizes you are expecting or like to see? (do us both a favor and keep it reasonable) Timecards at last count were depleted, Ingame items must be donated as NC will not generate them on live servers, titles comes with various limitations.
For comfirmation: Hush has officially left the game, Hatter is AWOL, Tease is MIA... essentially this means that no there is not a rep for Freedom atm... something I hope to correct shortly... one short correction, Hush was not the only member of Freedom to run events... Tease was persistant and actively trying until she ran into some net problems... hoping she works those out soon...

no prizes? are you kidding pvpers are usually the most rich players in the game, hell the majority of all pvpers have multiple pvp toons that are loaded up on like 4 billlion influence toons, so have each team drop in a 300 million influence registration fee, 100 mil per person which isnt much
300x5=1.5bil to be split 3 ways, not a half bad paycheck for about 1 hour of pvp.

My rules are pretty good, but some ned ot be hammered out as its hirst season and stuff comes up that may be unforseen.
For example i just forgot about putting a DC policy in there and ultimately decided 1 DC allowed and after that teams can decide if they want to rematch.
Also there is talk about instead of 1 match best out o f3 since you play every team once. But thats why we need suggestions because the first season is always the rockiest and things dont get thought about sometimes.

league would be a 8 week season with matches every week. Also for something like this and JPvPL ive been working on getting something a little bit more meaningfull then influence/infamy. Sure money is always nice, but a winning team that grueled through a 8 week season and possibly server championships on test deserves more i would think.
well i tried to have a paypal duel using my vent server to factilate it but not a lot of ppl were willing to wager real-life money, so that's probably not a viable option.

Left that up so you guys can decide, since the main reason it was put in before was because DR off matches was retarted. So DR on was our only options, now that we have a "no heal decay" will 2 blasters plus emp be that devastating?
