You bought a U.S. serial code, right? Or did you specifically buy an E.U. one? The only way to get onto the E.U. servers is to have specifically bought an E.U. serial code. Otherwise, you bought a U.S. one.
Or did you buy a game card, but not an actual box code? You cannot use just a game card to upgrade from a trial to a full account. You need to buy the account first.

was it absolutely necessary to make post with a title in all caps and a post with all lowercase and no punctuation i mean come on it is hard to read when it is just run on after run on and you dont have any breaks in the information it is just spewed everywhere like someone just puked up a bunch of words and they landed on a page instead of taking the time to formulate their thoughts into sentences with even a semblance of grammar it is almost like you are in a hurry and really really want an answer and didnt have time to bother wiht anything even thought it would be hard for those trying to help you figure out what to do because they didnt know what you were trying to say but oh well i mean it isnt a huge deal but it would have been nice if you would take a little time to proofread what you say and make it so others can read your post but onto your answer you should really be contacting city of heroes billing or customer service because this is something related to your account that you may want to make them aware of so your issue can be resolved and an appropriate course of action can be taken just my thoughts so good luck and i hope you keep in mind that grammar is fun

No, it probably wasn't. But it also wasn't necessary to create a post simply to mock him, either.
In frustration, I'm sure you'd type just as badly. If he continues to post like that, then he probably should learn how to communicate in a text-based medium. But one post (and his first post on these foums) shouldn't get that kind of mocking.

Small nitpick about what Aett said, you can upgrade a trial with a Game Card(available in stores such as Target and Best Buy as well as some online retailers for 20 bucks) you cannot, however, upgrade a trial to a full game with a Time Card, also found in stores in 30 day and 60 day versions for 15 and 30 bucks respectively.

hi i just want to know i bought a game card serial number for city of heros but when i log on it wont let me log on the uk one just the us trail one and when i put the serial code in to activate it only says i can update dungeon runners can any one help
