What color is your pew pew gonna be?

Green Fire Blast. Purple Psi. White Dark Armor?

Yellow Spines anyone? Banana/Bright Armor Scrapper

Dark Blast + Bright Yellow = Solar Blast?

It's amazing how much more I care about this stuff than i15, had my account DC'd since about 2 months ago, will likely pick it on up with customization.

My Fire/Fire/Fire will be going white.

My Psi/Mental will look for the most invisible color possible (probably the middle grey) since her blasts are supposed to be more force than mental power.

My Electric/WP brute will make her Electric attacks bright blue, like electricity is supposed to be.

Beyond that, most of my other characters I'm happy with, or they use weapons.

No... What you want is a turquoise to blue-white color, as in this image or this image -- the Cherenkov secondary radiation from the passage of the actual radiation. That's what I intend to do with my Fire/Rad controller; the actual radiation will be invisible, but the Cherenkov secondary emission will be highly visible.

Even though I don't play him much, just for cuz he was my first 50, I will make my Nrg/Nrg's secondary Blue to match. I love the natural Fire/ color with the /MM secondary, but I will be making a Blue Fire/ Blue (or white) EM blaster- Finally creating the very first character I ever created in my head from an early age.

My Ice/Elec/Elec, changing the Electricity to a whiter shade of yellow.

My Elec/Men/Fire..as weird as this might sounds, I was hoping to go for a clear, whiteish color. For all of the powers.

Not changing colors on anything. If it's more than a powerset-wide palette shift, I might consider it, but I've got alts to level and IO and it doesn't matter what color the stuff I'm flinging at the bad guys is as long as they die.

My Fire/EM Blaster main: Purple Fire and Punches

I'll probably leave the rest default...I only wanted color customization for that blaster.

My EM brute's pompoms are switching to yellow. Power of the sun in the palm of my hand FTW!

My level 50 Energy/Electric/Electric Blaster has always had a purple & white color scheme - so her blasts will now coordinate with her uniform.

Psi may also end up being purple as well, or I may leave it pink.

White hot fire may be the best for at least one of the fire blasters, but I'm leaving my fire/ice blaster with the traditional colors.

I'm still playing with ideas for my sonic girl....

Since everyone seems to be going for yellow snow I'm doing brown Energy.

I hate to be a downer but have any of you perhaps considered that Color Proliferation might be like power proliferation? In that only a few sets will be changed at a time? BAB's has said about a bajillion times that it is a lot of work to fix the color system. Maybe there will only be a partial fix.

My Ice/Psi will probably be keeping the same colors (her costume matches them already). My Fire^3...may have to go to blue to match her name.

[/ QUOTE ]Doubt that, as one of the reasons mentioned for the elemental weapons not being customizable is that they wanted the whole powerset customizable at once. It'll be all or nothing, or I'll eat my hat.

I'd put my money on them actually finding a coding work around for having a costume slot with either 1 or 2 color choices that the animations (now with a costume sensitive variable) draw from. The question of whether we get 1 or 2 colors is probably a question of whether BABs and the other animation/graphics coders have found a way to use a non-saturation system for the colors.

My eng/eng will go with a yellow/orange theme.

I'll probably keep the ice powers the same. It would be cool if I could make her travel power the same color. In my mind it's an ice slide.

My fire/ice blaster may get a more blue/white coloring for his fire blasts. I'll have to play with it to see what looks right for him.

My Arch/ MM will probably get what ever color ends up closest to invisible for his MM secondary.

I think the bullets in my dual pistols will stay the same color.
