Tina Macintyre...
Tina is a level 40-45 contact.
You will have to run her arc via flashback.
@Catwhoorg "Rule of Three - Finale" Arc# 1984
@Mr Falkland Islands"A Nation Goes Rogue" Arc# 2369 "Toasters and Pop Tarts" Arc#116617
The only one she gives for PJ Accolade that Tina doesn't is Anti-matter.
And he's at the end of her arc as well, I'd suggest advertising in the global badge channels for anyone who might have it closer.
(I also tend to announce doing iot in advance for this same reason, hes a [censored] to get if you miss him the first time round)

I know this isn't a scrapper specific thing, but since a lot of you have done her mission line to kill AVs, I thought I would ask here. I just finished the Maria Jenkins missions and finished soloing Tyrant, and now I'm looking to Tina, not only for her AVs but for the Portal Jockey badge as well.
Problem is, I can't seem to be able to speak with her. Anyone know what contact to go to that will eventually introduce me to her, much like I had to talk with Unai to talk to Maria?

Just run the Hero's Hero's story Arc it covers all 13 I am currently running the arc an it also gives 24 merits oh and if speed i more important run it at heroic and the EB versions count. You're funny. He already stated that he has successfully run through Maria Jenkins' arc, specifically by saying that he defeated Tyrant, the final AV for the arc, so it's pointless to tell him to run it again. Also, you're completely wrong about A Hero's Hero having all 13 of the AVs for Dimensional Warder. While the arc may contain 15 distinct AVs, Tyrant, Shadowhunter, and Mother Mayhem do not count for the badge. Go ahead and try running A Hero's Hero without running The Praetorian War. No matter how many times you run it, you still won't get Dimensional Warder. You'll only get the same 12 AV credits that everyone else gets. To get the 13th (Anti-Matter), you've got to do the 40-45 level arc for Tina Macintyre, who is the only contact in the game that offers fights with him. He's especially annoying because the only times you fight him (and actually get the kill credit) are the very last mission of said arc and a couple follow up missions for Tina after the arc is completed if you haven't already out leveled her.

Actually, maria has a random non arc mish that has anti matter. I remember saying to myself the moment I do things in order so I get antimatter, I ended up facing him 3 times. This isn't including the times he teleports douring the tina story arc. The problem is, sometimes maria won't give you more missions after tyrant. I don't know what triggers that.

You're wrong about this, Tina has 3 encounters with him, the one he telports out of, the final arc mission and another (non-arc) with 10 or so glowies. I keep this one for friends who need him and just kill him and never click the glowies.
You cannot get him off Maria.

As they say, "pics or it didn't happen." I won't argue this issue until I get one. So I'm wrong... For now.

The question is can you do the random no arc one in Ourboros like you do Marauder and Nightstar ?

The reason you can get those two missions from Ouroboros is because they're badge missions. Since (to the best of my knowledge) the mission with Anti-Matter isn't , you would not be able to flashback to it.
I've got about 5 scrappers that skipped over Tina and I've been slowly working my way through the Pratorean War arc with each one. The arch is exceedingly boring, quite tedious, and for Dark Armor an absolute PITA. (Energy blasts that have defense debuffs can SUCK IT)
Next scrapper that runs through this level range will be camping the Anti-Matter mission because find the arc to be such a chore.
Tina's, arc is a rite of passage. It gets you from 40 to 45 on unyeilding. And how can you forget the crazed mish? The only mish I hate is the one you have to defeat all those clockwork prince robots in the psi clockwork world. Its just too annoying. I sometimes drop it.

If it's the mission I'm thinking of, that's not actually a defeat all. You have to defeat a bunch of unnamed clock bosses (and their surrounding spawn) to end the mission. You can only tell which bosses you need to defeat because they'll "BZZT" when you're close to them.
Still, very annoying.
[edit: On a second read, it sounds like you already know that. Umm, whoops. My bad.]

Sorry, but I can think of a dozen better ways to get from 40-45 that are not only faster but considerably less annoying. The only reason to ever run this arc on a second character is for the accolade.

The guys that dish out psi damage like it was candy? Most my scrappers are Dark Armor and Will Power...they laugh at Psi damage.

Again, mostly Psi damage, so not an issue. The Cannon Princes are pretty much all you have to look for.
It's the numerous defeat all rad blasting blue cans that annoy the heck out of me.

That's why I say its a rite of passage. Its not meant to be easy street. And the Crazed don't have psi dmg. They have S/L. You are thinking about maliase and mother mayham's group. They are not the same. And the rad blasting blue cans are annoying to any set weak to nrg and def debuffs. Just gotta learn to move around. but the psi clockwork mish is big and you have a lot of connon prince on the map. You say it like its 5 or 6. Add that with the other long annoying mish it just becomes bleh. Hence the reason for dropping that particular mission most of the times. The blue cans force you play in a way you normaly don't play. Big deal. That's why you get more merits from that story arc then other in the game. Of course there easier ways to get to 45. I never said it was the only way.

I am actually doing this arc right now with my Kat\WP on Unyielding. The Rad Cans were the first mob group that actually humbled me and gave me my first defeat in 41 level .
I jumped into a spawn of 2 +3 minions and 2 +3 (purple) Lieuts and promptly got my [censored] handed to me. I think once I start seeing the AVs I might town it down a bit.

Tina's missions
Upsilon Beta 9-6 is the non arc mish.
If you click on the Praetorian war, you will see AM appears twice.
Maria's missions
No antimatter

The AVs will be EB on unyeilding unless you add more people to your team. I think a team of 3 or 4 will make them AV on unyeilding.

It's funny how topics like this bring out the rock-scissors-paper of the game. I never had a problem with blue clocks on my scrappers, since they're defense-based with pretty solid DDR. And when I played the arc with my controllers, blasters, and warshade it felt like easy street: a lvl 40+ villain group with absolutely no mez, or mez resistances, whatsoever.
I can see how the blue clockwork might be hard on others, though, and I'm not trying to say they're weak. But they've always been the scissors to my rock, every time I've played the arc.

On this issue, we'll simply have to agree to disagree. I find the arc annoying and do not consider it a rite of passage of any kind. I understand your opinion differs.
Phew, my simple question sure turned into more here. I did it today on Heroic since my Kat/Regen has no chance of killing an AV version of Anti-Matter. Got my Portal Jockey.
I wouldn't run this arc again unless I really had to. It's annoying for me as well. I really hate having to find needles in haystacks on huge maps, and kill-alls are annoying to me.
