Ok.. My stalker is 49th level, and I have to say pretty tough.
Took down Lord Recluse in the fun mission you get to do that in pretty easily.

Who is it that guards the Black Market trucks. Seems to me I'd walk up, throw ONE punch, explode dude's head, and drive the truck off...

Who do they have guarding those things, and why aren't they ruling the world?!?
