Extra Buyable Items
Go to the Store.
This is what you can get from the various boosters.
@Roderick
The mission teleporter power comes with the Mac edition of the game which costs $20 to buy (but that comes with a months playtime, so if you were gonna buy another month then its only $5 extra). Similarly, when you buy the architect edition, you get either the Magic or Cyborg Booster packs with it along with a months playtime, thus saving you money.
However, i think its the case that you can only apply each edition of the game once to your account, so you can't buy two copies of architect and apply them to your account. I may be wrong about that, however.
Always remember, we were Heroes.
The mission teleporter is on something like a 60 minute timer. Lest we get overly excited.

So you think you're a hero, huh.

Specifically, with the Booster and the one month of time that comes with it, the Architect Edition costs negative $5.00.
Mission Teleporter is on a 2hr timer, and tp's the user across zones. With all the other TP's available, through Day Jobs, and the O-Portal, a 2 hr timer is not a big deal.
And, yes, you can apply a code one for any particular edition. You account manager wont allow you to apply another code for the same issue.
The Mission Teleporter (and all of your other powers) also instantly recharge when you switch builds. So if there's a convenient Trainer, it's only a 15min timer, not 2hr.

Now people will start asking for a Teleport to Trainer power
So the mission teleporter is only for the Mac edition ? That sucks. When I picked up the AE and applied it to my account, it had me pick the Magic or Cyborg pack (I picked Cyborg) but I can't figure out how to access any of those items.
I'm not really a newbie, just sounding like one today
You can get the Mac Special Edition even if you play on Windows. It's just a code to apply to your account.

You can apply the Mac edition to your PC one just fine.
In order to apply the packs you need to log into your PlayNC Master account and then select the correct game account

It will also reset if you log off for a certain amount of time. Not sure how long, but certainly way less than 2 hours.
Okay, thanks for the info. Think I might pick up the Mac item pack and the Good vs. Evil item pack. What's $20 between friends, eh ?
The Mac Pack not only has a month of play time and the mission transporter, it also has the Valkyrie costume sets.
Well, this is TopDoc we're talking about. TopDoc would respec to gain 3 points of damage per day. - Arcanaville

30 minutes resets everything IIRC

I picked Cyborg

Look in your powers list (next to enhancements/inspirations, above your actual powers trays - bottom right in standard setups) and see if "Self Destruct" shows up.
If it does, you did it right. Otherwise, I think you have to email support.

about the cyborg stuff: the costume pieces should be there when you create a character, the self-destruct power shows up in your button tray and the rest is emotes.

I had a question about the extra in-game items that you can buy. Someone was telling me they bought a full cape for their account (available for all old and new alts) and a "mission teleportor" that takes you straight to your mission without having to travel across the zones.
How do you get these items ? And how much do they each cost ?
