Sorry, I should have elaborated a little more. I've been around since 2 months after release but since this is only a game to me, I never put a lot of time into it, and stopped for a couple of years during that time for WoW and Real Life, lol.

Here's a few more questions (also probably newbie ones) that I thought up reading the replies here. Which, by the way, reminds me how great of a community we have here. No one flamed me and everyone was happy to put in their 2 cents worth to help a fellow player.

1) How easy is it to go back through and re-do all the missions I missed the first time through ?

2) I know I won't get any xps (even if I could earn them) because the critters will be so low level, but does a mish drop my level to be more in-line ? Like making me lvl 8 for Frost Fire ?

3) How do I go about making IO's ? I've heard they are better than SO's but not sure how much better.

4) I'm a SS/WP Tank so I have to stay that, but I can re-pick all of my powers under that archetype, right ? So I could go Medical instead of Fitness, for instance .. ?

5) Since I won't be getting xps, will the cash rewards be greater than usual or do I have to ex myself to get that ?

Ok, I finally got my first 50 (or I will in 4 bars) and was wondering what happens then.
1) How do I get my war shade, or whatever it's call, and what do I do with it once I have it ?

2) What happens to my lvl 50 at that point and what can he do in-game that will be worth anything since he can't earn xps anymore ?

3) Also, what's this about a 2nd build ? I see trainers offering it but I have no idea how it works.

Can someone fill me in on all these (possibly) newbie questions ? Thanks.

Alright, I'm trying to get to the Imperius Task Force, and have gotten to Cimerora. Talked to all the people I was supposed to and am now running missions for Marcus Valerius. How many of these dang timed mishes do I need to do before I can get to Imperius ?

Sorry for the newbie questions but when it's done will the Test Server be on the server selection screen ? Right now it's not there.

How long does it typically take to complete the copy. Here is the message I got -
"Your character has queued for copy to the PTS. This process may take up to 30 minutes to complete."
But there's no timer or anything. How do I know if it's done or not ?

I have only done this once before and that was about 4 years ago.

How do you copy your character to the test server ?

I want to do that, then use a respec and find out if my new arrangement will work or not.

Oh .. now that we all get free respecs, where should I put those 6 extra slots (3 from Stamina, 3 from Quick Recovery) ?

Or better yet ... can someone who has good experience playing a SS/WP tank give me a good build that will make me a single-handed mob killer ?

I know that AE is dead for farms but I still want to be able to do what I can to help out lowbies because so many generous (or really bored) people helped me level along the way.

That's exactly what I thought ... guess enduring through a respec mish will teach me to trust advice that just doesn't seem kosher.

Alright, thanks for the help. The reason I slotted things like 6 end mods for Stamina and Quick Recovery is that someone else had told me 6-stacking on those powers work. I wasn't sure since I had always heard that 3 is about the most you want of one kind in each but figured a lvl 50 tank would know.

Just to confirm, take 3 slots out from Stamina and Quick Recovery and put those slots somewhere else ?

Can someone else also confirm this would be the best course of action ? Thanks.

Alright, never had a SS/WP tank before but looking for a build that will make me a mob killer. I want to hit 50 so I can help lowbies out (paying back the kindness of others).

Looking for info about that one TF that awards you the really cool Roman armor. Where does it begin and who do I get it from ? I have a 37th lvl SS/WP tank that would fit that armor perfectly.

I looked around the website but couldn't find the info I needed so bear with me if this seems like a newbie questions.

Is there a way to transfer an entire group of characters to a different server, or do they have to be done one at a time. Also, what is the cost to have a character transferred to a different server ?

LMAO, they can be as vocal as they want against me asking about farms (and we DID NOT cause global warming either) but I can't say I care much. The day I actually listen to a flamer is the day I put my brains on the wall. It's gonna take a heck of a lot more than some idiot like that to hurt my feelings, lol.

Okay, got a Kin question - since I've never played one before. What is a good set up for a Kin to be a kick *** mob killer ?

Okay, far from a newbie (3 years under my belt) but I've never played a Kin before. What's the best set up for one who can mob kill in teams or solo if needed ?

Are there any AE mishes out there that a solo guy can run through or farm ? Some days with my odd schedule it's pretty difficult to find teams.

Before you suggest I actually do real mishes outside of AE, I've done them for years and am tired of them. Right now I just want to explore new power types and how different powers work together.

Okay, I'm looking to get one of those scrappers that can take on a whole mob themselves in AE. Someone told me it was fire/shield and some of the posts here seem to support that.

Is there a better mob-solo combo ?

Okay, I want to make an alt that will be able to handle mobs pretty much solo for AE teams and helping out lowbies. I've heard that Willpower/Fire Aura is one of the best combos to take. Is there another that works better and should I be a tank, scrapper or something else ?
