We won't be getting safeguards or mayhems in the Ouroborus. It's already been stated that it's not likely to happen. So don't hold your breath.

Your best bet for getting the badges isn't this. It's better to just find a single person in the appropriate level range, offer to speed them through their radio missions with just the 2 of you (whether by just being higher level or just exemping down) until you get the bank mission. Don't try to find a team for it. Just try to find a person. It works especially well with controllers and defenders, who don't really solo well.

Would love to know where you heard this, since last time it was mentioned (way back around I11, I believe), Positron said it was something they wanted to do eventually.
As for the OP: The Calvin Scott TF has been remade in the MA. It's pretty close to the original.

I'd like it of more content was phased out, since that would mean oroborous could very literally be travelling to the past. We have a great tool in Oroborous - it's a shame it's squandered right now.

Agreed. Ouroboros allows the devs to have that holy grail of MMOs, a dynamic world. They could literally have their cake and eat it too.
Only downside is that if you phase too much out, eventually people park themselves in Ouro because all the content is there.
The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.

This is probably true and the direction I was going, but I haven't been able to get even one person interested.

[/ QUOTE ]I realize the suggestion is to put it in Ouroboros, and I've got no problem with that. But where'd he get the idea that Calvin was supposed to be coming back at any point? Did he think Sister Psycho was gonna mind-ride Aurora again for absolutely no reason?

I like both the original ideas (Scott Calvin TF and Mayhem / Safeguards), as well as the idea of creating a more dynamic game by having Ouroborus retain any content that is changed / removed allowing the game to grow.
I might even go one step farther and desire that special holiday events be included, as well as particular occasions (A form of the initial Rikti Invasion in Beta, for example).

Scott Calvin is the only TF removed from the game ever and was on the drawing board to be returned - it'd be nice to get it back.
Safeguard / Mayhem missions that you've outlevelled are hard to do. I've tried to get on teams (off-peak times, around 4 am or 5am in the morning US time) to do them, but 1) most teams seem to be doing AE content and 2) the teams doing police band / newspaper missions don't want to do the actual Safeguards / Mayhems because they are seen as being too slow in terms of XP and too easy to fail. I want the Safeguard badges I've missed, but there hasn't been any opportunity for me to get them. Making them accessible through Ouroboros seems like an easy way of making them more accessible.
Any thoughts?
