Special Sets for Healers
IMO Clear Mind does not need more than a single slot. The rez power on the other hand many people slot for both recharge and end reduc. If you have 3 extra slots to spare having the rez 4 slotted with 2 50 common IO's each of recharge and cost reducer is the ideal, but by no means necessary. For other healing powers, it depends upon whether you need a to hit check for the power to work (ie tranfusion). Most do not and for these I would recommend Numina's Convalesence up to 4 slots. Miracle is also not a bad set, and if you're a recharge fiend you might want to consider 5 slotting doctored wounds for the recharge bonus.
Sounds good. Numina's Convalesence is one of the harder ones to get isn't it?
Doctored wounds is the one I see most often used for the +recharge aspect, its alos significantly cheaper than Numi

I'd like to reiterate that, imo, it's definitely "by no means necessary." While this can be left up to a case by cases basis, I don't think I've ran into situation where anything beyond a single Recharge was useful. If someone on your team is dying faster than that can recharge they might actually benefit from having to wait a bit between rezes and contemplate wtf they are doing. Don't forget, you are having to stop and eat up time and team resources to rez them. Folks can carry wakies and combine to make more wakies too...
I do not, however, deny that the above slotting could be, for some specific target, definitely "ideal."
Unless you're craving set bonuses and have the slots to spare, neither the rez nor CM need any but the base slot.

Do not under any circumstances slot your rez. It does not take set bonuses. There is no reason to slot it. Do not listen to anyone who tells you your rez needs slotting.
If you're low on end, eat a blue then rez your mates. If your rez is recharging, hand them a baby blue, then hit them with HO+CM+Fort, all of which will be optimally slotted because you didn't waste any on rez.
Assuming a single Rech IO, and about 45% global recharge bonuses elsewhere, Rez should be up in 100 seconds, as opposed to 82 if you put a second slot and recharge in it. Is shaving 18 seconds off of what should be a very situational power worth a slot? I don't think so.

For What It's Worth, only Resurrect in Empathy refuses all set bonuses - Mutation and Conduit of Pain both accept end mod sets, Twilight accepts Damage, Disorient, and Slow Movement (and is VERY useful during Hami/Mothership Raids - such that slotting it for recharge makes sense then) and Elixir of Life accepts both Resistance and End mod sets. Not saying it's a GOOD idea, just an idea.

Resurrect is a specifically bad choice for slotting, but I would extend it to any single target rez.
Twilight is an entity all unto itself. Some people really like it as a short duration disorient and slot it like a control power. I still think that's kind of a waste of slots, but its less deplorable than slotting Rez.
Elixir of life? Well, if it takes Resist, you could always put a Steadfast -KB or Res/+Def.
Both CM and ressurect both get one slot. What goes into rez depends on the AT I am. If I am a controller it gets endurance reduction. If I am a defender I am already getting the end discount on the rez since the person is dead so recharge is better. For pain domination I just use recharge because after the rez you get an endurance buff anyways so I never worry about reducing the cost.

Howling Twilight *should* be well slotted. It's not only a rez and a ranged stun, but also the best -regen power of the entire dark set. It also does -rech and slows movement. It's a key power in fights against hard targets (AVs, GMs) and should be slotted for both recharge and end redx.
It should not be confused with resurrect.

QFT, HT is an offensive power that just happens to rez teammates. Put another way that regen debuff is as potent as a Rad's Lingering Radiation at -500%
Clear Mind, more than one slot is waste. I like to slot a range IO in there. Likewise if one is slotting Empathy's Resurrect beyond the base slot I think one needs to reexamine the priorities in the build to focus more on keeping the target of the Resurrect(s) alive in the first place.

Which special sets are good for healing powers?
Is it worth having more than one slot for Rez and Clear mind and then using recharge reduction or reduce end cost?
