I've probably overlooked a few, I'm still working my way through a long list. I played Astoria in D Minor because of the referral from this thread and liked it so much I'm listing it too.

Governments have fallen to the power of social media. Gaming companies can too.
I'll add that I've also tried Time Loop and Wicked, Wicked Wonderland. They are both a lot of fun to play. I played Wicked, Wicked Wonderland last night and although the writing is very brief, it's very well done. The custom group really is a hoot. I suggest everyone should be sure to read all of the bios for the full effect. Because of her name and her function, the contact is a perfect addition to the story. (I really had to chuckle at the contact because she looks like one of my own in-game characters, Star Saphire. LOL)
I'd also like to thank Steele Magnolia for mentioning my short mission, Slash Demento and the Stolen Weapons. I was very pleasantly surprised to see it on your list. I appreciate that, immensely. Thank you.

Rather than make people grovel over two threads, here's a list of all the arcs I've given four or five stars to, assuming I didn't miss any.... N.B. that arc numbers are taken from the reviews; I have no idea if any of these have been taken down or republished under other numbers.

It's great to see people playing and enjoying the arcs listed here. I've tried several of the Arcs other people have listed and they've all been excellent! Keep the suggestions coming!
I haven't gotten to play a much lately, but here's my latest additions. Have fun!
<ul type="square">[*]Batteries Included by @Lazorman (#193760)
A well written, fun, comic book-ish story arc.
[*]Cracking Skulls by @Flame Kitten (#115935)
Good low teens arc with nice mission design.[/list]
This list is such a good idea that I figured it needed to get bumped back up to the top. I ran A Tangle in Time, #2622, last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. I think we need to keep adding to this list.

One thing is stars, another recommendations - some arcs are also just for a narrower audience.
There will be some repeats on my list from earlier lists, but I pitched the folowing to own my guild so far:
Highly Recommended: 2622 (classic time-travel), 111022 (funny villain arc), 56540 (funny stuff), 169114 (a must for all females), 101681 (great villain arc), 192771 (funny villain arc)
Recommended: 195149 (task force), 137561 (much like 2622), 59925 (little feelgood mission), 1472 (contains harsh reality), 84420 (end boss might need a lil more pep)
All well worth the time spent

Spring is in the Error by @Witch Engine (#26811)
Spring is in the air and the birds are chirping. It's a time for romance and courtship. Obviously, there's only one thing to do in this situation: help the Kraken find true love in this crazy rough-and-tumble world of ours. (This arc is designed for characters level 5-14.)(Villain)
[/ QUOTE ]
Geek Boy already mentioned this. But I just wanted to as well. The name has apparently changed to Love is in the Error but the # is the same. This is not only the funniest MA arc I've come across so far, it the funniest thing of any sort I've seen in weeks.
These arcs get Found Boy's flying face-kick of approval!
Mr. Bocor and the Krewe (190969) by @Uru
This supernatural revenge story does a great job using all the elements of the MA--from the critter design to the contact dialogue to even the final map choice--to really create a powerfully southern-gothic tone that feels right out of New Orleans.
Duality (84105) by @DK424-B
A great crime mystery. The serial killer's concept and M.O. are both original and brilliant.
Astoria in D Minor (41565) by @The Cheshire Cat
In a word: chilling. Play it late at night, alone, with the lights off. Makes excellent use of Dark Astoria's untapped story potential.
Forget the Rose, Send me the Thorns (8925) by @Hydrophidian
Hilarious and absurdist romantic comedy. Play it, anon!
Household Chores of the Damned (4562) and The Best of the Rest of What's Left (2539) by @TwoFlower
Awesome humor arcs that you've probably already played. If you haven't, play them. If you have, play them again!
The Tannhauser Gate (96322) by @Aisynia
Usually I'm leery of stories that involve this much magic. Too often they involve an overabundance of magical plot-device talismans and a-wizard-did-it explanations. This arc skirts dangerously close to these sorts of abuses, but it won me over completely with its excellent mood and gothic, brooding atmosphere.
Fool Me Once (1072) by @Longshot
A great, fun arc where you're a contestant on a (seemingly innocuous) game show.

Just hit this arc using the random search button. Really good arc, solid story, nice custom mobs, good use of canon, a couple of nice touches with MA mechanics to add to the immersion.

Yeah, I have to say that Love is in the Error and Blight, both by @Witch Engine are two of my very favorite arcs so far. They're vastly different styles. Love is in the Error is hilarious, one of funniest arcs I've played. And Blight, well it's actually a bit disturbing. It may be the only arc I can honestly say that about thus far.
@Djinniman has three, all of which are good, but two that I really enjoyed:
The Love Talker: A City of Heroes Faerie Tale #30242, and
The Heart of Talos: A Warriors Task Force #175660
Both are very well written and superbly researched, fleshing out CoH canon the way it should have been done.
My third recommendation for today is @Paula's MA tutorial:
15+ Minute Tutorial - Knowledge is Power: Architect Entertainment #28470. It's the tutorial that NCSoft *should* have written.
The SOLUS Foundation - a Liberty and Pinnacle SG
"The Consequences of War" - Arcs # 227331 and 241496

Adding more recent 4 and 5 star arcs from my reviews:
5 stars: "Aeon's Nemesis", #161865
4 stars: "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend", #114284, "Sharkhead Isle and the Circle of Banished Warriors", #32801, "The Beating Heart of Astoria: A Play in Five Acts", #170547, "Forever Lost", #135563, "A Simple Misunderstanding", #97774, "The Knights of Rularuu - I15 Edition", 75386; "The All-Seeing Eye", #57352; "Who Is Leonard Grubbenberry?", #189675, "Have a Blap, Blap, Blappy Day Kids!", #2019
Edit: rectified omission

I am sure it was an oversight once again, but you forgot to list "Have a Blap, Blap, Blappy Day Kids! #2019 under arcs you gave 4 stars. Probably because you originally gave it 3 stars, but upgraded it to 4 when you reran it after I did an overhaul.

Check out one of my most recent arcs:
457506 - A Very Special Episode - An abandoned TV, a missing kid's TV show host and more
416951 - The Ms. Manners Task Force - More wacky villains, Wannabes. things in poor taste
or one of my other arcs including two 2010 Player's Choice Winners and an2009 Official AE Awards Nominee for Best Original Story
These have already been mentioned, mostly because I'm choosing a lot of arcs to play based on recommendations from here, but I'll second:
Teen Phalanx Forever: Just fun overall.
Astoria in D Minor: Lovely creepy mood.
Escalation: Great custom enemy design, and the story was cool too.
MacGuffin Delivery Service: Nice use of game mechanics, cool narrative style (although it may be broken atm due to Family bugs)
Blowback: Shush you, I like Malta. This arc gets into some aspects of the group that canon only mentions in passing.
Pandas vs. Rikti: Very cute, very fun.
There have been many more awesome arcs, but those are the ones that come to mind right now.
Eva Destruction AR/Fire/Munitions Blaster
Darkfire Avenger DM/SD/Body Scrapper
Arc ID#161629 Freaks, Geeks, and Men in Black
Arc ID#431270 Until the End of the World
Astoria in D Minor is Lazarus approved, as is anything by @Wonderslug.

Bumping this thread by adding some more:
Ctrl + Alt + Reset: You're stuck in a time loop and have to find your way out. You're stuck in a time loop and...very nice execution of the concept.
Forget the Rose, Send me the Thorns: A fairly short, very humorous high-level arc.

Time to add some more to the list, and thanks to all of the Time Loop mentions, which is now called Ctrl + Alt + Reset! I really appreciate it. (all 7 of them...not that anyone's counting or anything... >.> ... <.< ... >.> )
67335: Teen Phalanx Forever! by @PW
Awesome teen hero arc that's fun to play.
118690: Sibling Rivalry by @Sister Flame
Shows what kind of great mission an 8 year old can dream up, even if it's polished by her father.
1567: MacGuffin Delivery Service by @Lazarus
The parrot came back, the very next day...
189439: Fireside Poet by @MutaJenn
A dark detective saga following a serial killer mystery.
This is so much easier with the new search features, now I know I'm not skipping any. I'm sure there will be more to come...
I don't normally recommend arcs but this one is funny and challenging with great characters.

For those of you that enjoy really good comedic arcs, I've got to recommend:
'Captain Dynamic, the Great, Faces the Great Face' - Tryouts (Arc #190069)
It is a hilarious take on the AE, with on-liners that had me laughing out loud. I'm an older guy, so I can't guarantee that Gen Y-ers will get everything, but who knows *what* Gen Y-ers get, anyway? (That was a joke, Gen Y-ers.)
Anyway, I gave it a hearty 5 Stars. I just wish I'd have thought of the "Captain Dynamic" name first...
The SOLUS Foundation - a Liberty and Pinnacle SG
"The Consequences of War" - Arcs # 227331 and 241496
