I'm making a Energy/WP stalker. So far so good as far as the build goes, yet to see it in pvp action.
C'mon guys, let me be original. Dont make any Willpower Stalkers!!! At least not on Champion.

I know very little about pvp but I like guessing games so my money is on Nova form Kheldians.

I had someone else say this to me this AM can you explain why? I am still new to PvP and I honestly havn't read much about the i14 changes (not that it would help me understand this)
The -to-hit from Stormy armor has been amped up. I don't know about the elec part I havn't check it. But I think storm/sonic will be very good. slows still don't seem to work but -recharge if stacked can. Over all Damage dealing is much harder in i14. I just wish they would take a way Heal decay.
i really like my earth/stormer but the sleeper super pvp toon for i14 has got to be a lvl 50 invuln/axe tank running on lvl 50 Training Origin Enhancements.

lol u know i was thinking of making a sonic/??? blaster. i was leaning torward ice, em, or elec in that order. I got a rad/sonic defender and love it
Here is one i did and alot of peeps are taking a good look at it, Dark/Regen But ill have to test it when i14 go live, i think i been kill in the pass month 4 times in a booming sirens call were their was lots of vills and not so many heroes

Hurricane is def back to normal in this issue except a few things, hurricane can still be droped every 10 sec. Slows are still useless for storm since you wont be able to keep anyone under lighting storm long enough to do anything. Storm is still end heavy like a mother.
So its definetly alot better now then in i13 but still a long shot from bieng as good as in pre i13 days
Plus LS kinda sucks balls now that if fires half the speed. It was a potent sapping tool before, but now you "need" two of them out and attacking and/or powerboost and/or pair it with other sapping abilities.

ya, i actually tested that, with a fully ioed build LS could jolt every 3-4 sec, now with them seperating pet recharge, its back to the HO days of 7 sec

As the title says what do u think will be the new fotm in i14 pvp.
Im thinking rad emissions will make a comeback (or more of a hope) lol
