[/ QUOTE ]I was just able to log on to virtue with "Your Mama-San", but got blocked at the door with a "Restricted to internal testing" message
And he did agree that it was because freedom was booting slow
He vaguely agreed that at least Freedom is having issues, and that they want all servers to go live at the same time. But they never specifically said "It's only Freedom's fault and all other servers are fine."

one of the devs need to seriously make a proper post on this matter...an 8 hour downtime?
They are busy trying to get the servers up as fast as possible. Every second spent writting a post about what's wrong is another second taken away from Positron trying to fix the problem. We should just be glad he said anything at all. And everyone PMing them asking what's taking so long is just wasting more time. Leave them alone to get the bugs ironed out and we'll be in game sooner.
To which I say is bs. I and all other west coast server patron have been left out ion the cold with a roll a new toon on a server that is up response.
Why can't east coaster get same treatment ?

If the other servers are starting to show "down" now, like Freedom has shown for the past 2 hours, then maybe it is all the other servers with the problem.
Posi said "Yes, this is true" to 2 statements. It's unclear whether he meant both are true or just one of the statements is true.
Everyone relax. At least something is changing now. 
well when saying its going to be down for 5 hours and people rearranged their schedules around the 5 hour...i think a post from the devs is the least we deserve.
The mods don't trouble shoot the mod ligthouse would've had something to say...
We did get a post on the announcement saying it's taking longer than expected.
Its now 3:00PM Eastern...servers are still not open 
Note that part where they said they reserve the right to keep them down for as long as it takes. 5 hours was just a ballpark.
You deserve nothing. The devs are doing what they should be doing...getting the servers back up and running.

It's one thing for a server to glitch and go down temporarily.
It's entirely different for them to wait on a server to boot for an update that uses a new system that all North American and European servers will utilize. It needs to be fresh for everyone at the same time because it's really going live for EVERYONE, not just the east and west coast.
