Get rid of their Fury Buildup on their Melee attacks...
and give then a 33% chance for their damage to be unresisted... -

Nope... You're perception is at it's cap...
You could add 5000 feet more perception (Exageration---) and it still would be reduced to you're perception cap. At L37, your's is capped at 1062 feet... maxbut in Sirens, it would be 1013 ft(since you are exemted down to L30 there) and a Stalker's stealth in Sirens is capped at 1003 ft... You would be able to see the Stalker from a max of 10 ft away.

I came across a strange one today.
I tried to put the emote stunned (from the others sectgion), but all I get is the statement. No 'Stunned' stance...
The macro is </macro egg "say too much eggnog...$$ emote Stunned">
It works with emote point, emote sit, and others... what am I doing wrong?

The generally accepted wisdom for a while was that stealth + superspeed = invisibility. Just curious as to how close to accurate that was. I don't have SS on any of my toons but was interested in acquiring it if it's an effective combo in PvP.

NOW can we please get back on topic? From the numbers presented in this thread, to me it doesnt look like keeping the To-Hit DeBuff enhancements Schl A would be game breaking.

While lack of notes may be bad, he is also resposible for content, code, personel, and lord knows what else... All of it more or less important than bad notes. But unless it's game breaking(and I don't think bad notes are), then he would have to blow in in some other areas befor he would get terminated.Massive defective code? Yes! Inapropreate content? I cot my info from COH/COV Character builder by SherkSilver. It lists Tar Patch as having Debuff: -Speed(foe) Debuff: -Dmg, -Res(all), and we all know that the Char bulder programs are never wrong...

In your "DM Ratio" you didn't take into acount Tar Patch in your spam cycle, which has -RES(for increased damage done) and -DAM(for reduced damage taken)
It has -Speed, but does it have -REC too? -
