You're saying a damage increase across the board or just for Energy Assault? The low damage for Energy Assault is already in the list.

Across the board, it is not fair that /Elec gets melee stats of a Blaster, I beleive all secondary melee attacks should be on Blaster values, its really not fair that one does. As for ranged attacks, I don't think we should be on Defender values they should be at the very least Corruptor values (pre - domination).

Maybe for range but if you look at the melee all tier 2 melee attacks do a base of 68.4 (with the exception of Fire but we all know fire is supposed to do more) and Charged Brawl does like 81 that is more than fire and you want me to think they are on the same mod. I looked at Blaster, Brute, and Stalker Powersets and Charged Brawl does not ever do more damage than Bone Smasher so something is wrong somewhere for it to be dealing more for Doms then.

Within an AT you're correct. That's why people are saying Blaster version. The damage of the powers are balanced with recharge and endurance cost as well. Look at Dominator Charged Brawl end cost and recharge, compare it to the Blaster version, now look at the Brute version. Do the same with Bone Smasher.
That's what people mean that Doms got the Blaster version of /Elec melee attacks. Higher damage, recharge, and end cost.
/Elec is not unbalanced compared to other Dom secondaries, it just got what many feel are the "better" versions of the attacks. If you don't have much +recharge, you may not agree, since you'll be waiting a long time on your attacks. I'm sure there are people who would prefer the other versions that didn't have such long recharges.

This is my big concern as well. It truely frightens me, especially after seeing what they did with PvP, that Castle is chasing a change to the perception of Dominators in the player base.
I think there are some small little changes, like base damage and set tweaks, that should be done...however, beyond that I think the issues with Dominators are intertwined with the entire CoV game they have and are too difficult to resolve. I worry that his attempts to do so will destroy the AT I have enjoyed since beta just so it MIGHT attract a non-Dominator player.
Dominators don't need mitigation from their secondaries. Even if they did, there's ice (slows), psi (-recharge), and fire and elec (death).

Which makes me wonder. Policy says that no power can be changed wholesale. Except apparently inherents. That just makes no sense to me.

Something's wrong with you numbers.
Base Damage at 50:
Crush 36.1
Lift 28.9
GD 39.8
Propel 70.8
In your numbers, Propel is getting a 50% damage boost and the others are getting between 250% to 300% damage boost. (Roughly)
Edit: Didn't Realize you meant PVP numbers. The numbers you have listed are what Mids has for PVP. In which case, yes there is something wrong.

As someone who is leveling his first Dom, I would like to second the scared about what castle is going to do.
Don't think this has been added yet.
Adjust the graphics on Earth control stone cage(s) power to something less graphically intense. As is, the power can cause lag on some PCs.
I thought of something that Dominators are affected by: Non-standardized Holds. Some sets have silly long animations for their ST Holds, which really brings down their effectiveness.
I think the griping about the set bonusses of pet damage sets should be removed now that there are recharge intensive pet sets which both grant (a very high) global +recharge bonus.
I will second the motion about being scared [censored] of potential changes (read: arbitrary nerfs) that are continually being rumoured.

It's funnier when you check the scrapper forums. Their 'issue list' is almost entirely wishlist items like 'It'd be nice if Dark Armour had knockback protection. And can Willpower's icons be bluer?'
Yes, that was a good laugh. I particularly liked that it had to be quick and no one could remember the old "issues".

He means that powers in Electricity Assault aren't the same as other secondaries in base damage. Since Charged Brawl and Havoc Punch are the Blaster versions as opposed to Brute/Tanker/Stalker versions.
