To be honest, I need master of whatever there is out there. Been out of the line of fire for a year and need to catch up on these.

Thanks again Talbein for the great Master of ITF run. Looking forward to the Master of Kahn.

We’re back!

We’ll be running MSTF this Thursday evening at the regular 6pm/9pm pacific/eastern time. Next Thursday I am not available so I asked Talbein to organize the run and he may be able to do so. Otherwise I hope someone will step up if there is enough interest.

As far as I know STF isn’t bugged currently, but I haven’t run one since i17 went live.

I would really like to participate in one of these if possible with my main, Dev-Null, a Grav/Kin.

Kahn is bugged too. Reichsman is invincible in the last mission as the Grounding Rays have no effect.

My son will finally be available this Thursday if there's room for his elec/fire blaster. He would be on my account.

I could bring my wife's ice/emp if that's something you think would be interesting to have / need to fill a slot. I'll be the first to bow out if you need the slot for someone else tho - no hesitation.

So we had a good run last night clocking in at 2hr7min. Not too shabby, and overall the run went fairly smoothly. Only a couple of dicey moments involving a squishie getting a bit too close to an AV aoe. There might have been a little uneasiness when they didn't have the usual Imp to blame things on but it all worked out.

Congratulations to Spiketrooper and Mirage Kitten for getting master badges. (If I missed anybody else getting the badge, apologies)
Thanks to everyone for making last night's run successful.

It appears that Reichsmann is fixed (at least Red side) so when do you want to try Master of Kahn again?

And it was so the defender's fault there was like 3 or 4 cysts in the vine room... not the peacebringers :P

Of course, it's always the defenders fault. If I had been there, at least a dozen cysts would have popped up.

Dang it. Who let the pb in?! They let anybody in these days...

I think its the other way around. If the defender hadn't been there, there would have been at least a dozen cysts.

Looking forward to a MoKahn run. I'll hit you up next time I see you online if you haven't already gotten it knocked out.

Impyre, if you're planning any runs on Friday evenings or the week ends, and have room, let me know in advance. I need a ******* load of a specific Hami-O.

Since I don't need the badge on anyone specific, I can bring whatever. I got 4 lvl 50's of every hero AT on Protector. Just lemme know what you need.

Looks like its been awhile since the last update but some news coming out of last night. There were two teams that attempted last night and though it may have taken a bit of time to sort everyone out, both teams came away with wins. So hearty congratulations to everyone on their patience and efforts!

Our particular team's run took 2hrs9minutes for completion with a team roster of:
Right to Arm Bears* (Dual Pistols/Nrg blaster)
Doc Jen (Emp/Elec defender)
Gaelic Storm* (Ill/Storm troller)
Swordsmith* (Katana/SR scrapper)
Mrs. Icy Jen (Cold/Ice defender)
Son of Yorick* (Nrg/Nrg blaster)
Aletia (Plant/Rad troller)
Agger Fend* (SD/WM tank)

Here's an old update first; this is a very late post. Back on the 20th of May we had a team of vets and regulars succeed on a MSTF run.
Sadly I don't remember much about that run at this point. But this is the team:

Wild Sonja
Fallen Prey
Doc Jen
Angel Jessie
Hammer Spark
Mystic Fusion
Mr. Arizona
Boris the Bear

Hopefully I'm remembering correctly, Congratulations on MSTF badge goes to Fallen Prey, Hammer spark, and Mr. Arizona.

As Talbein said it took a while to get everything sorted but it was more than worthwhile with the turnout last night. It's been too long since we've had two teams running let alone having two winning teams on the same night.

Our team started later and took longer, clocking in at 2:25. We had a well balanced but not overpowering team. team pic

Impyre Jr. (Shield Scrapper)
Boris the Badger (Stone Tanker)
Dauphine (Empath Controller)
Cornelia Pyroborn (Fire Blaster)
Psi Phyre (Fire Blaster)
Cupido (Trick Arrow Defender)
Radiant Starfall (Kinetic Defender)
Tierne (Radiation Controller)

I set a slower than usual pace in part because we hadn't succeeded in recent runs and because we had 3 members that were feeling the stress of the run. The vets on the team were a steadying influence as always. The high points of the run included a few cysts, (my fault because I forgot to disband the team when a Kheldian alted) and the minor heart attack several members felt when we had the a "Failed" message come on at the 2 hour time limit mark. I was exceptionally long winded on this run so I'm grateful for everyone's patience with me. Hopefully a tidbit or two of information will help them on future runs. I showed them the extreme northern portion, (well above the bottom half of the room), of the Vine room where the AV cheats and can hit someone.

Congratulations go out to Dauphine (I hope you get your hearing back, Boris), Cornelia Pyroborn (you can relax now), Cupido, Tierne and Radiant Starfall. This is the first MSTF badge for Dauphine, Cornelia and Cupido, Tierne and Radiant have earned it on other alt(s).

On a side note, I've been trying to run regular STFs more often. It's going to be less than the past couple weeks, running Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday has been too much. I'll try to get Friday/Weekend runs in but I won't be around much tonight nor tomorrow. Yeti & Oz, when you see me on, feel free to give a shout out for a STF run and I'll do what I can.

Another update for the thread. We had a very good run earlier this Thursday evening as the time checked in at nearly 1hr36min. A veteran team ran this evening and it showed. I think the only moment was in the first mission where my troller got mezzed and went into yellow by a tarantula queen boss but that was rectified heh heh.

Other notes was that the team elected not to wait for a refresh of the flier. The team cleared all 4 towers very quickly with plenty of time to spare.

Without further ado, the team...
Dauphine (Ill/Emp troller)
Boris the Badger (stone tank)
Gaelic Storm (Ill/Storm troller)
Right to Arm Bears (DP/Nrg blaster)
Arctic Blaze (Ice/Fire tanker)
Gravitas Discrepancy (radiation defender)
Mage Avenger (Kin/Rad defender)
Vik Volcanic (Earth/Therm troller)

Team pic here...

Congratulations to Mage Avenger and Arctic Blaze for earning master badges! Big thanks to the rest of the team for their parts in the successful run. Looking forward to the next one.
