hehe my fire tank doesn't get used as much as it used to during MoSTF because my invul tank is a little better for the MoSTF.
I've never seen a kheld get turned down for any runs. But i've only seen two show up. I think most people just don't have any kheld high enough for it and the few that do usually bring someting else.

Mortal Prey II soloing AV's no temp/insps
Impromtu run Saturday night that absolutely crushed it. 6 defenders (2x sonic, 3x cold, 1x empathy), 1 tank, 1 scrapper. Had a bit of a scare when Scirocco's nuke apparently bypassed all our defense and resistance shields but we were saved by the 1-shot code.

Well, made it through MoSTF with Imp tonight. VERY smooth run with only one hitch when a teammate disconned due to crash. We just fell back and waited for him to come back, and then schooled LR somethin' fierce!

We didn't fall back because of the DC, We fell back because of the Flier was about to respawn
Ok so why did you say we left because of a DC then? That make no sense to me that you said that. When I DC I was gone and counted down before the first tower was down(brother was on team that is how I know). If you were going to fall back because of the DC you would of after the first tower.
We fall back early because we didn't have the correct time marked upon entering, and we were just being safe. You don't want to have the Flier come when on LR, that is a good way for people to get killed.

And most of us didn't really notice until we were well into the second tower.
We took the third tower down and then fell back, I'd assumed, so we could give you time to reboot and reconnect so we wouldn't complete while you weren't in-mish.
There was more than enough time from when you disconnected to the time the flyer respawned to have knocked out the last tower and LR.

It all depends on how fast you were going to reboot and get back in-mish. Again, I wasn't the one who made the call of when to fall back. So I made an assumption as to the reasoning. If it was wrong, so be it.

Like I say my brother was on the team, and he told Imp that I DC and it was in the team chat too.
If you don't know something don't assumed, ask we are here to help. We like people to know what they are doing and why because it can make other runs easyer for Imp and the rest of his regulars.
Anyways Gratz on your first badge
I made it a point to warn the team to expect to retreat from the towers due to Flier respawn. Because I didn't have a precise respawn time we were going to err on the conservative side. With the DC, it made the early retreat decision a bit easier so that Broken could rejoin us for the final fight. We marked time of entry but I did not remember what the difference was to my computer clock.
Congratulations to Judas Unchained, Hyperstrike and Delacroix. It was a smooth run; minimal instructions were needed for this run. team
We had two minor close calls due to lag. One was at the doorway to the Vine AV. (Anyone that runs with me regularly and most of those who have run this with me just once will tell you I worry too much. I nag about the tiniest things). I often wait to be the 'last to enter' in this mission. In this case it made a big difference since I ended up holding some agro until the lag went away and he was able to enter. We also had part of the initial ambush go after the last to enter the Aeon mission; Siren noticed them early enough to help out. In neither case was it Broken aka Chilling Prey with lag issues.
Let's relax and enjoy the smooth run Master's run that it was. There was nothing to be bothered by in the run; everyone did a great job both as individuals and as a team.

Didn't see that. Saw the word "retreat" and it pulled me out of tanker-lock (beating on the tower and watching Imp's stats to make sure he didn't need a breather).

Congratulations to Spinnaker, Heal Bot, Phoenix Prey, and Cairnstone on earning the MSTF badge. It was a smooth run, light on instructions and strong with buffs/debuffs, (2x rad, emp, cold, & kin).
In order to give myself and others a break, there will not be any planned MSTF run the next few Thursdays. Everyone should feel free to set up runs using "STF Masters".
I will post here when we start up Thursdays again. I'm not going anywhere so if anyone wants to set up other task forces in the coming Thursdays, let me and others know using the channel.

Well Impyre is taking a break for a few weeks so there will not be any regular runs. When Impyre starts them up again and if he keeps the same time it will be Thursday 6 pm. Pacific time.

first off I want to thank Imp for leading us to a glorious Victory of Lord Recluse and all his evil minions, they didn't stand a chance
Great run took 2:42 I believe and I got my first Mo FINALLY. we had a great team everyone did thier part and it was a smooth run through and through. Looking foward to the next one.

Would agree with Imp. I don't believe using kheldians on MoSTF runs are actively discouraged but like previously mention, they bring on an additional element of danger via mob type (voids/nova/dwarf).
Khelds typically fill the role of ranged damaged for these runs and many times, ranged damage roles are filled quickly.
