I'll see if I can slap together a .zip of the various media files and get it uploaded to a site. I've got microphone setups, and spent some time early on trying to document these things for demorecord editting.
EDIT: corrected; didn't see this forum before.
I've made a few lists. These are based on a parse of the various demorecord files I've accumulated, so they may be missing some of the really odd ones, and may include copies of existing files, or ones with unusual positional formatting, but they're probably a start. These are of all known music\* names, not just the ones missing.
All Hero Music
All Villain Music
There's a pretty significant difference in numbers, compared to what I got from the remote access stuff. I've only got access to the Windows tools right now, but when I get home from work, I'll do some comparisons to see if we can further isolate things.
I've never been able to find "The Crescent" from Brickstown. It's my fave, so that's why I looked. Williams Square is another favorite.

Is it possible to get sound files other than the zone music? I'm thinking of stuff like the moans when around the cemetary in Striga, etc.

It's possible, but we'll have to see if NCSoft wants it done before we can do so without violating the spirit of the EULA. Technically speaking, it's not reverse-engineering their code, but I'd personally rather not get bent over and reamed, at least without dinner first. I'm going to do some generic stuff and pass it by Lighthouse once I get home, but I assume LH will need to pass it by legal team.
It's actually physically possible to do this easily yourself, or for me to provide it to you, but doing so violates the rules on [oink!] files and could be construed as passing around copyrighted material. If NCSoft is willing to provide the bandwidth for these files, I'd love to help them help us, but it's questionable how much of doing so is acceptable.
Moving my post over from the other topic...
What's there and not gets a little tricky with all the slight variations on themes. And CoV's tunes are all just numbers - ouch.
Fort Blood - appeared in beta testing for CoV and on one of the E3 videos. Great song!
Bastion of Guilt - nice moody bit from The Chantry
Path of Tears - entry to the Chantry. Also the piano bit that you also hear near the Perez Park gate in Steel Canyon.
The entrance to Firebase Zulu has a nice back-and-forth stereo effect.
The Cannonade is at the FTP site, though it's so short! My psychic powers tell me there's a longer version. Some other Boomtown zones are really good, too. The Fuse and Powderkeg, for instance.
The Reactor area in IP has some potential.
I'm afraid you're actually missing quite a few hero ones, BlueEye. Let's see, how can I put this.... try zoning out.
2 of my Favs that I know are not on the ftp site are the Port Recluse/Sharkhead and the Ziggurat themes. The Zig theme was also used in the DMZ in the old Rikti Crash site.

The music for when villains go to the trainer and level up. That tune is missing. Also the original City of Villains intro music is not in there. I know this got changed sometime after CoV went live, it was the same music that is in the CoV trailer during the fight with Recluese's guys and Statesman's crew.
Bump and Grind Bane/SoA
Kenja No Ishi Earth/Empathy Controller
Legendary Sannin Ninja/Pain Mastermind
Entoxicated Ninja/PSN Mastermind
Ninja Ryukenden Kat/WP Scrapper
Hellish Thoughts Fire/PSI Dominator
Thank You Devs for Merits!!!!
The music for the Copper District from Steel Canyon is missing, I think that's similar to some of the Pocket D music, which would be cool to add as well.

lol mission entrance bgms?
The complete OPENING Theme when logging in on the CoV side. It is the only one where you get a mix of two different tracks and a thunder-storm at the end of it. Someone blended those two together quite seamlessly. Unfortunately, you can ONLY hear that actual mix when first logging into the game on the CoV side... as it is not assigned to any particular Zone.
And if you could, please? Might want to pass along to the powers that be, the Zone music in 'New Sparta'... over in CoH's Talos Island... is 'out-of-phase' with the rest of the Zone music. It probably happened when that selection was being compressed to .OGG format and made into a .PIGG file. It's a bit jarring to listen to when you're crossing into and out of that area while wearing a pair of stereo-headphones.
Oh, in addition to the Ziggurat toon in Bricks, the Ziggurat remix in Pocket D is also a must-have.

In Atlas Park, near the passage to Steel Canyon, there's a song that *had* to be heavily inspired by Björk Guðmundsdóttir.
Go to "The Promenade" neighborhood in Atlas, listen carefully, then check out "There's More to Life Than This (Live)" from Björk's album Debut.
Is this available from the FTP site?
We are working on updating what tracks we are allowed by license to share, so this project may take a bit of time.
It is on our list of things to sort out and update.

So we have identified WilliamsSquare from Founders Falls and I'm working on getting that uploaded to the FTP site.
What other music or sound files appear to be missing from the files?
List here in this thread.
Thanks,
Ex
