Introducing the P.E.R.C.!
The Player Event Resource Committee is a collection of players from every server that are dedicated to enhancing the City of Heroes/Villains experience by helping plan, support, and run different projects on a server and game-wide level.
Our shared goal is to help complement our existing community projects through events like contests, games, badge tours, and the exploration of both new and existing game content.
So if you have an idea you would like to submit, need help with the planning or promotion of an event, or might be interested in applying to the committee itself; please click on the link below. After you have been redirected to our site, please click on "New User" at the top of the page to register. You will be asked to fill out a very short questionaire letting us know in what way(s) we can help you. Please be as descriptive as you're able to; the more we know, the better we can serve you.

...but we have events on Victory? I thought all we did was troll our own server's forums.
We WILL have events. Trust me.
I know RAF has participated in and more notably held events...

It's probably ironic and quite sad that the server's own boards aren't even aware of the events on the server :P
Tell them there will be Punch and Pie. More people will come if they think there will be Punch and Pie

This is an effort to change that somewhat.
SI Radio has many DJs and listeners whom hold City of Heroes close to their hearts. We will be supporting many efforts to keep CoH ALIVE!!

The only way we can truly have Punch and Pie would be a PvP event organized by Calash. :P
The only problem is my events would be designed for my entertainment.
Like "Grab the pie from Hammi" event, where competitors have to run to the middle of the goo, brawl, then escape with there lives.
Then I would tell them there was no pie....MUHAHAHAHA!!!

Pock D Champagne Room is just like every other Champagne Room you've ever heard of; lots of hype, less people, a lot more expensive, and you get exactly the same services as everyone else who didn't pay to get into the Champagne room. I'm just sayin'. 
PERC is just about organizing Player events for Players. While PERC intends to organize and run it's own events, part of what they are offering is a resource for any player who wishes to organize their own events. Many of the folks in PERC have organized previous events both on the small and large scale and can offer guidance and support to anyone who seeks it.

Do you also help with pvp events? Don't meen to open a can o'worms but I have an Idea and want to know who can help the most with it.
Something witty and profound
There is actually a separate player run committee geared for PvP events, though there is some overlap. If your idea is centered more on a PvP competition type event, they would be better suited for you.
PM me or Viv a brief description of your idea and we can tell ya if it would be better suited for them or if we can help.
Sorry I forgot the name of the PvP committee (yeah, I don't do much with PvP), but I can find out contact person for you and pass it along.

The PvPEC is the PvP version of PERC.

Go ahead and PM me. Technically we're not supposed to step on the toes of the PvPEC, but you can toss your idea my way, and then if needed, I can toss it to PvPEC.
PERC members have not heard of the PvPEC? For shame! We've been running server wide events for over a year now! We are currently hosting the Test PvP League and a variety of smaller events on the live servers and have done lots of cross server stuff over the past year, most notably the Good vs Evil Summer Series and the the Fight Fest at Halloween.
You are welcome to run ideas past us. We haven't had a rep on Victory (volunteers welcomed) in a while so you might not see as much of us as we'd like. But if we can offer you anything that would assist in your event, by all means, look us up!

Having reviewed, Fista's idea, I really think it would be more suited for PvPEC and recommend he contact you regarding assistance.
