nah that is the trenchcoat with the tattered sleevless look.
not the trenchcoat the shirt. I have a few characters with the sleeveless trenchcoat including my main Gideon. I asked about the shirt because I been wanting them to add a sleeveless top besides wife beaters.

Ok cool I have a character who has a similar look but with the mask with hair and I always made him with the regular tights cause I couldn't get the look i wanted.
I'm not sure where the 'Tanker' style comes from, sorry.

Everyone should have access to it. I *think* it came out in i10, maybe i9. I think it was only available to females at first and then they gave it to male and huge models.
