Pretty sure he's threatening to kill you with the previously mentioned torture device.

The newest picture looks much better than the first proposition with one caveat.
The Death Mage should loose the superfluous spikes on its back. They are the only non-Demon bosses you'll run into post-45 so I don't see why you need to visually differentiate them when there is no chance at all of mistaking one for anything else.
Other than that, I will enjoy murde- I mean 'testing' these new Circle of Thorns with several of my characters once the Beta is Open. -
Whenever I'm playing my lowbie Praetorians I play Re-education (Through Labor) by Rise Against. Its basically the Resistance theme song, in my opinion.

I have Vial, a scientist who was so obsessed with living beyond his years that he created a process to convert an entire human being into a hyper-resilient 'super cell' microbe colony. Only problems being its shapeless without a shell to contain it and its resilience comes at the cost of voracious appetites for organic compounds. His 'power' was basically just opening valves on the respirator of the suit and spraying things down with himself, which would eat whatever they came into contact with.
Quite hard to RP though, since the character had a significant squick factor. -
So when is this costume pack supposed to be coming out again?

Not a problem at all. The screenshot was taken back before they brought out all the fancy higher resolution stuff, and when I was still running CoH on a laptop. Still, it was the best character shot I ever took.

This is an image of Gold Weaver, from ages ago. The little gold sparkle from the aura effect along the edge of the blade totally sold it for me. She looks badass, no?
Since they fixed the emote so you can't do this whenever you want, I've been a very sad panda. -

I'll admit the headwings don't score points, but the over all uniformity and complimenting color scheme make up for a few minor detractions. Fact of the matter is most costumes will never be 100% to my liking, but general good design goes a long way with me.

I remember Haetron.
He's old, but he posts some good stuff sometimes.
And Sovereign Fist had one of the better costumes for a long time. I never forget a good costume. -
Personally I say keep the Royalty tag, but make them one of the 'spare children' that tend to crop up in Monarchies.
Essentially she is the daughter of a King/Queen, she is in (a very long) line to become a monarch, but realistically she's never going to get there unless they all died in some tragic accident. Maybe she leaves because she sees that she'll never get beyond being some minor player on her own planet so she sets out to find a place where she can live up to the image she has of herself in her head. -

Can't be Recluse.
Codpiece is too small.
All the armored villains have big codpieces. I mean what happens if Statesman decided to kick him in the jimmies? Cry, that's what! -

Funny, I thought you paid for Going Rogue, which is a paid expansion that isn't coming out for a few months, and that getting Demon Summoning and Dual Pistols before then was a bonus for doing just that.

Its over a half a decade old!
This isn't a MMO its a dynasty! -

Quote:Actually this was back when Dual Blades was just introduced, and if you fidgeted a bit while you were doing /e taunt with the weapons drawn, you could do the actual Dual Blades Taunt animation where you place one sword down and the other pointed in a challenge.Looks like the first part of the "You Bow Down" emote but with weapon drawn.
Not the one that makes YOU bow, of course, but the one where you point at someone and then at the ground.
That gold shimmer on the blade was entirely coincidental. Its the best Screenshot I've ever taken. :-/ -
Gold Weaver is Argentinian, speaks fluent Spanish and English, is an expert with paired Short Swords and works as a Henchwoman or Indepedent Supervillain. As the daughter of a hard working but desperately poor Spanish family, she moved into working as a intermediary in the Mendoza underworld, training with various gangs and organizations before she was approached by an Arachnos agent with strict orders to bring her in for Project Destiny. Arachnos wasted no time in expelling her into Mercy as soon as her Arachnos Flier touched down and since then she's gone on to become one of the most prolific unpowered Supervillains to every come out of Project Destiny, although she is always quick to point out that she's not a match for the best and brightest of the superpowered community.
She works as a professional hired-hand for other more ambitious Villains, although she maintains her own methods and standards of operation, much to the ire of the numerous villainous organizations that have hired her in the past. -
Quote:That is ******* terrifying.Welcome back (again), kiddo! Hope it's been warmer on that end of the country than it's been here for the past week. Give a yell sometime, so we can catch up on all the juicy gossip.
HEY FOLKS!!! I found out what Sorah's been doing inbetween times she resubs her game account. She's been doing some work in the theater, becoming a legitimate singer and dancer. No, really!
