personally I like the pigtails better but what matters in the end is what you like.

Oooh that's a hard one. The pigtails are so...familiar. But feisty looks a little more like a potential skiing hairdo, the way the tails are swept back. It looks best from the side though, from the front I still like pigtails best.
maybe yer hair is like a cat's, it starts out feisty but when yer pissed it gets all high and pigtailed...
Wouldn't that be pretty much be 24 hours a day?

Fiesty. It looks slicker and better, and much more optimal for combat situations. Much more...What's the word...Streamlined.
I like the tails on fiesty, but the bangs on pigtails.

Fiesty seems more "aerodynamic" for skiing, I would go with that.
fiesty seems more functional but I think pigtails are prettier.

I agree with the above that Fiesty is more streamlined.
BUT, Pigtails and Turbo-Ski just go together like PB and J.
Something about the bangs of feisty doesn't sit right with me. I'd personally stick with the pigs.
Both would look awesome but I would go with the good ol' pigtails.
Pigtails look better on this outfit. The combination of Feisty and the Muffler make her very top heavy. Like an upside down pear. Pigtails take some of the weight off her neck and push it higher into the air, balancing it out.
Try getting rid of the muffler entirely and using a more streamlined mask with the Feisty haircut instead. Or remove the mask entirely.

Okay I think I'm going to stick to Pigtails on the main costume and just toss Fiesty on some of the alternate ones.
