Yeah please - if we're going to be able to buy the time cards themselves.... could we please, PLEASE be able to actually BUY them in a store? For almost a year most computer/game stores didn't even have COH or COV, one or two copies of the deluxe COV if you're really lucky and they hadn't cleared their shelves in a while, and ONLY the time cards were left.
With the demise of the CompUSA I just bought 3 of the last 5 COV time cards (at a nice discount... heh and leaving those last 2 for maybe ... maybe next week...). But that's it, no more, I haven't seen them anywhere but there in ages.

Excellent marketing idea to do this. I wonder if these coming out are why I found CoV and Auto Assault GTC's in the bargain bin at my local London Drugs (Western Canadian Drug Store/Electronics Retailer). I just got two months of play time for $9.99 CDN!

I saw some CoV gamecards at my 'local' Perth, Western Australia EB the other day, next to the Good vs Evil CoH/V boxes. It may be that EB isn't recalling the gamecards so much as not restocking them.
By the same token, I saw few copies of WoW gamecards either (but I wasn't looking that hard either...).

Unless there are more closing in the future, if store is currently on the chopping block it would have had "store Closing Everything 10-20% (or more recently 20-50%) off" signs plastered all over it.
Heck last weekend I saw some signs listing final days on one close to me.

Just out of curiousity, do auto assault time cards work for CoH? I've heard both yes and no. And I can get auto assault cards cheap at futureshop.

PlayNC time cards for for ANY PlayNC game. When you enter the number it asks you want game you want to apply it to.

Yes. I've used them in the past. The Knowledge Base also assures you of this. These new cards are basically just like the old ones, only packaged to tell us that they can be used this way.

For those in the Brisbane, Queensland area, I have bought the last card at Indooroopilly.
There are no cards at Redbank, either CBD stores, Cairns or Toowoomba.
All stores tell me they're not getting anymore in (hardly a surprise) but cannot tell me if they're getting the new PlayNC cards.
Any comment from the mods for Australian distributors? Can I purchase the codes through the internet from USA or Canada and apply them to my account?
You can subscribe online through your PlayNC account if you've got a credit card (which I'm sure you know, but just in case you didn't...).
Alternatively, I'd start looking at online games distributors in Australia. I'm sure some would be carrying the game cards.

Two of the local EB/Game Stop said they quit carrying CoX time cards.
Dunno, if everybody's seen that blurb on the front page yet, but very cool guys. 15, 30, or 60 day cards. Now my only question is, are these cards going to be widely available? I can't find the old time cards around here at all.
Wal-Mart never has them. Target rarely has them. Can't even find them at any of the EBGames or Gamestops around here. But then again, all those stores are also packed to the brim with WoW time cards...
