Hey, I work both sides of the law, and my tank main was once referred to as an 'official villain' in Sirens, when it first came out.
But yeah, Cook's has been here a while. There's even a quote by 'Positron' where he says Cook is the only one he trusts to polish his helmet.

Q: How do you wreck an Abrams?
A: You crash into another one.
In planning a bit different, in execution, still the same.
Quick rundown of the first Herospec:
1) hunt Sky Raiders in Terra Volta
2) Defeat Sky Raider mission boss
3) enter Terra Volta nuclear plant
4) Fight through Raiders freeing hostages, disarming bombs, and acquiring keys to get further in
5) in the core watch eight doors for ten waves of Sky Raiders, who will alternate between fighting hero team, and assaulting the AV level Power core
Victory: All ten waves defeated
Failure: Core reaches 0HP, goes critical, and kills everyone in the room
For the other two raids, replace Sky Raiders with Freakshow and Rikti.

I've been shanghai'd into working on sound design for the next play. My evenings will be pretty busy up until June 1st. I hope to squeeze in a little Stan and Lou time, though.
Yes, Cooke's Electronics is a reference to the DO-level Technology store. Obviously the Freakshow are such Munchkins that they wouldn't dare buy anything there.
The brand names that 3l33t mentions are also based from the names of SO-grade Tech Enhancements: specifically, WetWare and Benedict Tech.

I've been thinking about the next installment of S&L today, and I've come up with some of the bits that were missing. Next up: Captain Castillo.
Arctic Sun is asking for pictures of, and testimonials about, the Warriors. Too bad we don't know any Warriors at all.

Ah, that answers the question I had about episode 24 then. I wasn't sure if the Radier that spoke there was Castillo, or just some random minion.

You know how the first respec goes... someone disconnects.. someone quits...have to restart...have to find someone willing now that it is getting late...they turn out to be on a x486 on dialup. That's why they need to do a respec! Some vines get killed on the first pass to speed things along later... Maybe Hero side is dfferent??
