The Fenris Project is just what he is. A brute. Brought out as heavy artillery so to speak. A berserker animal with little intelligence. Oh and he doesn't speak, animal intelligence. So that makes him better as a tool for another character to use rather than a character himself. Use him as you see fit.
hrmm I could see speedster as sort of an on call hero that works his own section of the city. He could be called in whenever there is an emergency that requiers a team effort.

Funny is a bit of an understatement...; whenever 'CM', as he's known to some, shows up on the scene, his friends just KNOW that something VERY weird has either just happened, or is ABOUT to happen...typically, high levels of collateral damage are involved....
It'd take several pages to explain here, but he also has a deathly fear of sporks...yes, those little spoon/fork things....

If CapeMike ends up being recurring(which I'd -really- like), most of his misadventures on OtakuWorld usually ended in considerable amounts of anime-slapstick physical harm being inflicted on him...so if you've got any comedy-based running gags, CM's your guy....
Lucretia can be an 'on-call' consultant or troubleshooter for both sides when it concerns a run against Crey.
She can also be considered a 'buyer' for any Crey-related intel.
As far as her in action... the bots tend to lay down a lot of laser fire, while she deploys her 'toys'. I respecced out of poison gas traps. They were great fun, but either involved a 'pull' or a quick scoot to the center of the spawn and then take time to set the trap... and with bad aggro management she usually ended up facedown.

Lot of people are requesting recurring.... un. I'm no Kishimoto, so I guess we'll just have to see what happens. Too bad there's no exam-type event in CoX. Thanks for the clarification, Serengeti. Thought that's what it was, but wasn't sure.
