Here's my entry: Neural Enhancement Device or N.E.D. for short. The concept is that the helmet itself is the Villain, an artificial intelligence that hijacks whoever puts it on and uses them to power its psionic attacks. With dire results for the wearer as you can see, but N.E.D is smart enough to line up the next candidate before the old one wears out completely.

Not too sure about the colour scheme but wanted the focus to be on the helmet, hence the bright reticle. Wanted it to feel like it was the helmet looking at you rather than the husk of its latest victim.
One of my favorite characters is on the Liberty server. WarForce is a Elec/Energy Blapper, and I love the way he plays...and looks! The costume is simple, yet striking. Of course, he uses the half-helmet:

Well, I'll let anyone go and play. Sure.
Just tap the Printscreen button on the Character Creation screen, then minimize CoH. Go to wherever you keep an image editor, then paste the screen you took with Printscreen to the image editor. Then save the image and you're great.

Modeling - How well the body was toned. Yes, this will matter, but I don't think it will matter very much.
Now then; the first rounds guidelines are...

That's it. The configurations will become stranger and stranger and STTRRRAAAAAAaaAAAaaaAAnger as time goes on! Get in that screen and design!
