Free Costume Token For All Characters

That is exactly what I am saying Lady_Athena.

I guess to me,
If the post would have said something like....
"I am not sure, just chiming in to let you know I will see if I can find out" ... would have been great.

Having said that, I still think Lighthouse does a superb job.
Having said that.. I am clamping up on this subject.

Anyway, our little community has a history of joking around and getting a bit goofy with the devs. I still have a copy somewhere from Lord Recluse trying to kill me. It was funny. I'm thinking Lighthouse hasn't found his niche yet between giving us info and joking around with us. In that respect, he is a newbie. *giggle*

Actually proper customer care etiquette would be

"We are aware of the issue and are currently looking into it, please be patient and bear with us."

BUT

thats a good ol copy/paste. I prefer the more personal touch that Lighthouse brings as it shows hes more the a Dev, hes a Hero! (or villain)

I agree. I'd rather see Lighthouse's human/player side in his posts than his corporate representive side. It's what made CuppaJo and Cricket so special, and what will make Lighthouse fit right in here.

To follow up on this, the script is the "old style" you mention above that can give up to an additional 4 costume change tokens and should (barring any sun spots, tidal waves or other fun things) become available with the server maintenance on 11/30/06.

We do realize that there are players who might have characters with up to 5 costume slots. We felt it was more important to deliver the free tokens in a timely manner so those who want to alter costumes as a result of Issue 8 can do so quickly.

Again, our apologies for any angst over changed costumes and our thanks in advance for your understanding.
