Something weird has happened'd to my account. I DC'd(due to my crappy ISP) and tried to log back in, and I kept getting a wrong password message.

So I exited and retried, after a few more tries it finally took the password and then said my account was already logged in...

After a few more tries of that it let me thru then gave me a login server unavailiable message when I tried to enter test server.

Then right back to the account is already logged in message...

Anyone having a problem like this?

YES!!!! Same thing just happened to me . I even reset my password and it still wont let me in. I sent a message to support. Hope they figure it out soon.

Has anyone tried any of the Dominator powers yet? I'm particularly interested in water spout.

If Water Spout is anything like the one in my signature (check the picture in the signature) I'd envy you.. hard.

They aren't meant to add to your Primary or Secondary pools. They are meant to give you somthing you lack. Like a good range attack.

Exactly. Take dominators, for example. We get a pet. Oh, wait. No, we get a low damage AOE. Wait, um, have that too.

On the good side, we do get armor (doms dont have it) and a water spout thingee.

I'll be trying them as soon as the Dev's fix the Grandville zoning problem so I can actually do the Patron Arc

In the meantime I am trying to level up a bit in Nerva where I still have a couple of contacts remaining so that when I can do the arc I can train into the Patron Pool ASAP.

Oh and thanks for the numbers iakona - any chance of the damage scales too?

Well, if you complete the first timed mission, he won't "use" you for the other half of the arc you would have gotten. At least, according to IBM you won't, cause he didn't.

Assuming he's right, we'll get the same missions until after we fight McKnight and get the Bloodletter accolade. After that, we differ in paths. You would be told to come back at lvl 45, and I will be told to do some other stuff for him, and later to find out that he's only using me, in the end, kicking his asss for it, and thentelling me to come back at lvl 45.

Freakin Brutes leveling so quick.

yeah they're fun

i just did mako's 1st mission (free 2 arachnos dudes and kill a longbow elite boss)

the ballista was fun to fight with my NB/SR stalker (recently tricked out with a respec on test - was it free?) to drop the passives and pick up aid self

popped elude and kept hitting divine avalanche and my lv 26/32 attacks as fast as possible, with placate-AS mixed in when placate was recharged

I barely got hurt, thanks to defense scaling. Only got that bugger down to 1/4 hp by the time elude ran out though (thank god for the blinking!) so I ran to the vaters and rested a few mins. His HP was regenning too fast for me to wait all the way for elude to recharge, so I had a bit more trouble when I started fighting him again, but aid self and liberal use of inspirations saved me. Then popped elude, beat him, and freed the other arachnos. Mish complete!

then i joined a team and CoV crashed when i entered the mish, lol

it was fun when the ballista put me in detention field, gave me a chance to use aid self and re-hide to 1-shot one of the nearby minions when detention ran out

Well, you just missed out on beating Mako. Supposedly, if you don't fail his first mission, he won't give you the extra other half of the story arc. You missed out on fighting 4 EBs that can two shot you, Calystix, and Mako himself.

..and getting tossed around by 12 Whirlpools.

If this is correct, after you fight McKnight, he'll tell you to come back at lvl 45. Can you confirm this for me?

PS - The respec was a freespec handed out this morning.
