and before someone states that it is an open PvP zone and FC is not a sactioned event, let me state that this is not the point.
This person is Harrassing other players. Harrasment is something NC Soft does not take lightly.
If you feel you are being harassed, petition the player, it is your right.
petiitioning is easy type "/petition harassment by player (insert name here)"
be sure to include the date, and a small description of the harassment.
Harassment is subjective, so not everyone will agree, however it is your right as a paying costumer to report any ingame harassment.

But knight it would be differnt if you were pvping. Meaning attacking one target to kill it and then the next. That is what I do. Even when I attack someone standing watching pvp. You are not doing that. You are harrassing others if all you do is run in and make everyone fall off the building. I love you and you are a very cool player in pve but come on, you are not pvping. Here's the thing tho, cath... and I'm not really interested in getting involved in this but I think it's important to point out. You seem to spend quite a bit of time in the game, like I do. Hell, my wife works so much that I see my SG mates more than I see her most days.
Point being, people generally pick a server and stick with it for the long haul once they've established friendships and rolled a few toons on that server. So, as much time as you choose to spend playing the game, you're going to be spending that time with this select group of people, so it doesn't take long for people to become acquainted with one another.
That being the case, it's important to maintain good relations with those people incase you ever need their help for anything. Sure, there's absolutely nothing in the rule book that says you can't do what you've been doing. As far as Cryptic Studios is concerned, you've done nothing wrong. However, there are simply a lot of players that really enjoy that whole FC thing for whatever reason. So, in the interest of maintaining good relations with your server-mates, it might be best to just let them have at it.
I think you'll find that if you continuously provoke people like you are, word is going to get around about it. People earn reputations based on their actions, and I see that you've already earned a bad one. So then what happens when you need a respec, or you need to kill an AV, or you need a loan of some infamy or influence? I know you had some supporters, but those supporters are beginning to be embarassed by your actions if that post yesterday was any indication.
At this point, you really haven't done anything all that reprehensible. An apology would go a long way, but it's perhaps not entirely necessary. Just stop what you're doing and in a couple of weeks, I think most people are going to forget about. However, if it keeps up, I'm fairly certainly you'll find yourself very much alone in the game. Ultimately, it's entirely up to you how you choose to treat people, but you have to expect to reap what you sow.

Could completely understand if you were a villain.
Not a lot of villains actually act like villains. I don't quite fancy myself a villain, but I know sure as [censored] I ain't no hero (i kept running back to galaxy city? to look up the skirt of the statue).
So if you go and make "Catholic Stalker" or something to that tune, than yeah, I can see the point of view. But going to SC without even the intent to kill something yourself, but to shove people into NPCs to get debt is a little over the top for a hero.

What he is doing IS against the rules!
Rules of conduct in this game state:
"While playing City of Heroes , you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players."
He IS breaking the rules. I say petition him.
Are Catholic Knight and Catholic Druid the same person? Catholic Druid being a spines scrapper? Last night I was in FC in the middle of a long, hard fought battle with a corruptor who was my bounty. We were really going at it, and I thought I was going to take the fight. Druid was on the sidelines watching for a while, then all of a sudden started hitting my opponent with spines, then boom, she was dead. I didn't get the bounty, the kill, or anything. That irked me. Shortly after there was a stalker who was popping in and ASing people, me included, and that was a pain, but no big deal. But jumping in and swiping my kill irritated me. Not so much the kill steal -- if he'd jumped in right after arriving that would have been one thing, but to wait and watch a while then jump in, that seems more premeditated. Bad form!

I've already said this before, but ill say it again. I dont do the whole FC thing because:
1. Once Fc starts, everyone runs up there so there is no one left on the streets fighting it out.
2. Practically half of the players on top of the building just stand up there and talk. If you want to do that, go to Pocket D.
3. No one even wants to 1 vs 1 me, im not going to just stand up there like an idiot and just watch other people. People say i hide behind my hurricane, but like MM's dont hide behind their pets and the same thing with stalkers and their hide.
4. Recently people just go to the Fc building to Rep Farm.
I think my point for not doing FC and getting my bounty is valid.
People have been asking devs to petition people in PvP zones for tping to drones and NPCs and all devs had said is the PvP zone is a optional zone, you dont have to be in there. its the same with hami raids, you can pull monsters non stop and people petition all they want but fact is its a hazard zone, its enter at your own risk. devs have been pretty clear that they dont care about griefing in zones you dont have neccesary contacts in

Yes, those are all very valid points. Furthermore, if your bounty is up there, feel free to kill them and take it. Hell, feel free to swoop in and interrupt a match to take it. People will whine, but they'll get over it.

No, because once I get my bounty , that person tells all the villians to kill me and they proceed to do so. What am i supposed to do? keep letting them kill me, i dont think so.
And that thing about Lady Myrtle, she goes straight for me everytime, so I do the same thing to her.

You don't do it for the kill or the bounty. You do it to disrupt and harass.
I don't really disagree with Cath's points either. I'd rather be down on the streets fighting it out, but most times I can't find anyone because they are in FC. As for me, I am trying to learn how PvP works, and FC seems lately to be the best place to see different AT's and their powers and stuff working. I'd prefer to do that on the street, but if I have an hour to play, do I wander around looking for those 1 or 2 other people also doing that, or do I go to FC and get in on the action? Battling it out in the street is pretty fun. FC is sorta fun.
If you don't go in there and act like a complete tool then people will respect you and they won't call you out to be ganked. Obviously what you do is allowed in the game play mechanics but obviously the community feels like you are a tool and deserve what you get.
The law of nature lets me go kill someone if I want to but the law of society says no thats not cool at all I will be punished. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

My point I was making earlier. Youare not pvping CK!!! You are harrasing other people. I"m the first to attack someone on Fc if I feel like it. But I make sure it's one person, away from the crowds, not in the middle of a 1v1 or match. That is pvp. YOu running in and knocking all the Baddies down ruins the fun for those of us who want to FC. I mean I love the mass mayhem of pvp as well but sometimes people don't want that. They want the relaxed feeling of watching and commenting and jumping in for the next FC match. The arena does not provide that. Would you rather every one went to warburg. Most of us who are building pvp toons are entering our 30's any way. Will you then harrass the newb players who have been in BB who are now almost ready for SC?I can tell you I've been in BB and those villians are not to be messed with. They are a new generation ready for pvp and prolly will wear poor cath's hide out without a team to assist him. In warburg you will have a hard time getting a team and any team that has you on it will get whiped repeatedly by an entire zone. Is that what you want? I think that If you want to pvp, just pick a kill and go after it. All the harrassment is rediculous. I dont' find it fun to fight with someone who does not want to fight me. Did someone steal CK's password? Did the original Ck sell his account. I just cannot believe the guy I been teaming with with Female Fury since her 20's is this same guy in PVP. I just won't believe it. And NBH is one of the nicest most active new sg's around. I can't believe you are repping them like this. You should quit your sg before Champion takes it wrath out on the entire sg. I can happen. Imagine those powerful sg's making sure that no one team with any NBH member until you are expelled from your sg. If you continue to harrass, I'll have a villian confuse me and put you in a detention field. With all the holds I can stack on it you could be stuck in one spot for a very vey long time. And BF's do not work.

Others have stated how I feel on the matter, I am just replying to this statement.
Villians, when you see a hurricain troller or fender coming, call me and I'll phase shift you. The other thing is to to get phase shift for yourself. It will certainly help you in PvP anyway and you can watch a match on FC in peace.
