I havent played CoV much lately, my highest Villain is only lvl26 so I havent experienced much Villain content BUT I recently got my 2nd lvl50 Hero and am turning to CoV for my new main, Colonel Catastrohpe. He needs a home and I could use some CoV guidence. I play alot so an Active VG would be nice. 
Its been a few months since last posted for Brotherhood. We have changed a lot over the past few months.
Here's the scoop;
Dark Knights of Havoc recently had some trouble with leadership so we gained a lot of their players and are almost full, but we still take members that we have room for. This means we have to be a little more strict on activeness though.

We have gone up in ranking and as of today are 66th.
Our base has gone up to the 3rd size. We have all telepads, med bay, med bot that gives inspirations, all the storage items, all the buff creator bot thingies for temp buff powers (Empowerment bays?).

Every Sunday we plan out a Strike Force. We vote on which one to have every Sunday and post saying which character we would like to be in it. They usually start around 1pm. Usually we get an 8 man team that is varied in archtype, definately 1 or 2 healers and if needed more.
Every wednesday we have an all day badge hunt. If we get a mission that gives a badge needed for an accolade, we save it for who needs it when those people can all do the mission.
We do an occassional PvP here and there and want to do Arena events. Last Sunday we held a costume contest after our Strike Force finished early, so that might become a weekly event as well.
Most of us are older, full time working adults that are mostly on during the weekend and evenings. We don't like people that can't stick around for a whole entire strike force so if you are dedicated as we are and can participate for 4 or more hours we will greatly accept your offer to join us.
Villains Unlimited is looking for new members to join their ranks. Our base is currently under construction but will be up and running soon. Once our base is operational we will be trying to raid once a week or at least once a month. We are a good sg to join with friendly people. The Lords of Darkness is a new Villain group with 3 or 4 real members(hard to tell through all the alts). We have an open door and open recruiting policy. I have no problem if you get into the supergroup, invite all your friends, and you all leave the next day.

This group is just for people who want to get online and be able to bull$hit with all the people they play the same game with!

Actually Hank, Victory is the unofficial [censored] server. Theres tons of us here. RAF has 9 [censored] coalitions alone and theres much more. This is the Villain Group thread, Hank. I doubt your defender could get in.
Also, I found out about Victory being the unofficial GLBT Server after I made 3 Dollar Bill. I got TONS of tells, SG invites, chat, team invites, you name it.

Description: We are Victory's classiest SG! Ok not really but we have fun saying it. We recently broke into the top 60 and are still climbing (pretty good considering we have 10 active members). We go for the maximum FPS the game can offer, that's Fun Per Second! We do a pretty healthy mix of PvE and PvP and are looking to go Raid-Ready with our base but need more people! We're into big teams and /Kins. No Really, we have like 7 /kin corrs, 4 40+ from 4 different members. We're really all about having fun, be that setting ambushes in RV or running 8 man teams in St. Martial.
Our base has TP's to all 7 zones, storage, med etc. etc., just about everything you could want except for defenses. We have an active coalition with several SG's and do SF's as often as we can, LRSF included. We use TS a lot, to the point that we almost never use SG chat. Typing's for losers anyway.
Requirements/Rules: Don't be a [censored]. We tend to kick people we lose contact with for 30+ days. Alts can stay in the SG as long as you like but we may ask to kick them should we fill up.

We are one of Victories largest Villain groups, and we're currently recruiting some new blood to join our group and aid us in our villainy and debauchery. Level 50 Robot/Dark: Mithril Dragon and level 46 Robot/Force Field: Ni'nor, Mastermind duo looking for a new Villain group. The current one we are in just isn't working for us. Not really into the whole just invite as many new players and low levels as possible when we are the only two above level 40 in the entire group while getting no support let alone chat responses within the supergroup chat. We are very active and play every day for quite a few hours a day. Currently we are pushing to get Ni'nor to level 50 and working on her contacts but we are willing to help others with their quests. Our Villain group was created last november for a family orientated VG where players could help eachother out and have fun together. We do role play , we do have events , and we do pvp including base raids.
Since creation, our group has undergone many changes and has become well known. We are in a super coalition and have weekly events incuding costume contests and Olympics style events, also we raid our friends and are raided by our friends and do some arena tournaments.
