I love fan art
I'm trying to get my husband to draw something for me since he has a talent for drawing. He doesn't play though so its hard for him to get interested in it. -
Finally! My patience and diligent efforts of checking every morning for I16 to go live has finally been rewarded with...
A five hour down time?!?!
$@$%&!$@!%*#$
Hehe, all will be well come next day off work. -
Drink lots of orange juice. I hear vitamin c is the best thing for you.
It actually attacks the virus and bacteria in your body and doesn't just cover up the symptoms.
Also this drink called Kashi is good, it has probiotics in it. It boosts your immune system whereas antibiotics suppress it. It comes in many flavors and is like a liquidy yogurt. -
Quote:All the AV's in Barracuda are guarded, generally, by one minion. The stalker was soloing the minion.
He missed the AS. So his strategy was to wait till it recharged and try again.
Against. A single. Minion.
If I recall, don't Stalkers stay hidden if they miss a hit while hidden? Therefore if they used any of their other attacks they would have still gotten a critical strike. -
He is a pirate, but he must have gotten a legitimate copy of the game instead of the glitched one.
-
My husband beat AA and he experienced no problems with it. This is for the 360 though. Is only the PC version having this glitching problem?
-
Do you do these often? I like that you post a week in advance.
I usually have Sat off so if I show up I show up, but I'm not saying anything official. -
I will try to be there. TRY. I love Rikti raids. But children come first. Then work.
-
Thank you for a fun and wonderful costume contest!
I'm glad there were a lot more original costumes there than expected.
Can't wait for it to come to red side! -

For those of us who don't check the forums regularly to see who has posted their Architect missions and needs to find a team quickly and doesn't mind PUGs...
Victory Architect
Tell your friends. Its brand new. Only for Victory Server.
look for a team or team members, post your mission number for others to play.... enjoy the game. -
When I read the description and how more factions will be in the zone now, the first thing that I thought of was that the Hollows will be crowded now. I'm sure badge hunters will be in there.
I think it would be interesting to have Hollows shared with Villains. Perhaps they could get there through some sewer tunnels?
Villains really need more zones, heroes have at least more than one zone for each level range, villains have one zone for each level range, so its repeatedly the same thing over and over.. -
Hm... I like each side having its own special powers.
So is it only old powers from each side being shared, or are there also going to be completely new sets?
Sounds very exciting though, I really can't wait! -
Villain Group: Brotherhood of the Grim
Founders: Names below; Haven gotten to level 50 and mostly play Hero side
Leaders: Network V2, Korriban, Lady in Chains, Baron Conway, sgt white
We only have 27 members and are interested in finding either new active members or active coalitions. All current members are adults who just like to have fun and enjoy their free time playing the game. Most of our current members are alts of the founders/leaders. We have a fully functional base with plenty of storage and all teleporters.
We are interested in teaming for regular missions, Strike Forces, Arena, and PvPing.
Everyone in the SG likes to help each other out and will work out a way to play with each other if they aren't busy helping someone else. The leaders are also in the Victory Forum channel if you need assistance and they are not on villain side.
Current Coalitions:
Dames of Hell
W.O.L.F.
Eve of Damnation
Medieval Unholy Knights
Gods eXiled Angels
Rules:
We don't enforce but we ask players play in SG mode only until level 32. Alts are welcome. Active players are greatly needed to help make the SG fun again, but there are no restrictions to how often you need to log on. Promotions are fairly easy to earn, by earning prestige if in SG mode level range, and by playing with SG members and earning trust and respect.
Send an e-mail or /tell to Lady in Chains or @LadyEvander -
One day there should be a devs vs. subscribers PvP war. One Dev with each AT from both sides, and one subscriber (picked like from a raffle?) of each AT for each side.
Maybe that would help them see from each side and from each AT what the flaws in PvP are and if its where they want it to be.
If enhancements were deactivated wouldn't that help balance powers out? Because then no matter what your enhancements are, a Dominator with Fire Control would have the same effectiveness as a Controller with Fire Control. And only inspriations would make a difference.
Why are heroes and villains so unbalanced? Is it skill? Is it enhancements? Is it inspirations? Is it because good always triumphs over evil? Is it because heroes take or deal more damage? Is it because villain archtypes are designed to be able to play solo?
If its taken them so many issues just to make villain epic archtypes how long would it take them to redo PvP? -
I haven't checked youtube at the moment, but maybe someone should make a video of placate not working either in a PvP zone or an Arena fight, and do one from the stalkers point of view, and the other half from the person they are fighting. Or... We could have a bunch of stalkers go at it and see if it works on each other.
-
I don't have any toons with Invisibility, or know anyone else with it, so someone please tell me..
Invisibility > Hide ?
So if this is only PvP where placate is bugged... then we are unbalanced. Hmm. -
Its been a few months since last posted for Brotherhood. We have changed a lot over the past few months.
Here's the scoop;
Dark Knights of Havoc recently had some trouble with leadership so we gained a lot of their players and are almost full, but we still take members that we have room for. This means we have to be a little more strict on activeness though.
Our current coalitions are;
E.V.I.L.
H.A.R.M.
Den of Sin
Oligarchy Lords
Dark Knights of Havoc
We have gone up in ranking and as of today are 66th.
Our base has gone up to the 3rd size. We have all telepads, med bay, med bot that gives inspirations, all the storage items, all the buff creator bot thingies for temp buff powers (Empowerment bays?).
If you like your current SG but would like to participate in our events you are welcome. You can check out what we have going on and sign up at our forums at http://brotherhood.runboard.com.
Every Sunday we plan out a Strike Force. We vote on which one to have every Sunday and post saying which character we would like to be in it. They usually start around 1pm. Usually we get an 8 man team that is varied in archtype, definately 1 or 2 healers and if needed more.
Every wednesday we have an all day badge hunt. If we get a mission that gives a badge needed for an accolade, we save it for who needs it when those people can all do the mission.
We do an occassional PvP here and there and want to do Arena events. Last Sunday we held a costume contest after our Strike Force finished early, so that might become a weekly event as well.
Most of us are older, full time working adults that are mostly on during the weekend and evenings. We don't like people that can't stick around for a whole entire strike force so if you are dedicated as we are and can participate for 4 or more hours we will greatly accept your offer to join us. -
I think anyone at Cryptic would hate dealing with us right now.
Many people complained endlessly about wanting I7 out even if it wasn't ready.
But it was so buggy that they complained endlessly about it.
If they're still trying to get the bugs, big or small, fixed in I7, maybe they'll get to fixing the badge requirements afterward. They are changing some things about badges so hopefully they'll get to it.
I don't know if the Devs play or not on a normal copy of CoV but I would like to see them play with us and know what their views are on trying to get badges. What they think is balanced and what we think is balanced should be mixed together into helping make the game a lot more fun and a lot less farming and afk-ness.
I think if they go undercover (so not to be mobbed with complaints/suggestions ect) and played with us they could see our point of view better and know exactly what should be changed or tinkered with. Not everyone who plays posts on the forums.
This is not CoH, so I don't think it should be compared to CoH, but when something is made very much harder in CoV than CoH then there's a problem. -
"Edit time has expired" sheesh...
Brotherhood of the Grim now has a Ventrilo server up located in Eastern U.S.
It's actually freely open to anyone on the Victory server. (Thought about using TS but back in the day when I was in a clan for counter-strike I used Vent, have used TS and it's just annoying sometimes compared to Vent.)
I don't want to post the IP here but if you're interested send me a message. -
Brotherhood of the Grim
The Brotherhood (females welcome of course) welcomes anyone who just want to have fun and enjoy themselves. We always enjoy teaming with each other including PvP, power lvling, strike forces, regular mishes and other fun activities; such as June 10th we plan to host a Costume Contest.
There are no rules except of course to respect one another. SG mode is purely optional, especially after you are in your 30's. We only suggest it because we promote by activeness and how much you earn.
Our base includes teleporters with all island beacons, a medbot to get inspirations from, you can rez there instead of the hospital and we have a computer to do SG mishes. We also have a chain gun so soon we hope to have a bigger base to do base raids.
We have several coalitions, our biggest one being Dark Knights of Havoc, so if someone isn't on usually someone from that SG is on.
We hope to get a forums up soon so we know everyone's schedule, that way we can plan activity dates better.
Most of our members are young adults to older adults around eastern America but we do have a few from Singapore, any age is welcome, anyone new to the game is welcome, we are glad to help all.
Last night Ghost Widow was on and I asked her if the SG could get a photo with her and she let us, which we will be posting on the forums as soon as its up.
If you wish to join or if you ever need any help with a mish or strike force you can send a /tell to:
Frost Fairy
Thrawn
Lady in Chains
sgt black.
Joey the Nuke
Venomspawn
Enjoy the game!
