Get a dev to spawn it 4 times a day for a week and post the times it will be spawned. Do it! Do it now [censored]!
As for Accolades and Exemplaring, it might seem unfair that you lose Accolade powers when you Exemplar, but to others it seems unfair that you HAVE Accolade powers when you Exemplar. Since Exemplar is you "playing yourself at a lower level" it makes sense to take away your Accolades. I don't see this changing.
Then 'Balance' the [censored] things better.

Agreed, Cuz with heroes we are up to about 400 badges now, so we need a 300 badge, maybe called Pioneer or possibly even Badge Collector?

Here's one that's been plaguing me for a while.
I'm running around with my lvl 50 kat/reg scrapper trying to get the Restrained line of badges. I don't run with integration on when I do this, so that's not an issue.
My question here is what technically counts as "being mezzed"? I think the badge text states "Held, Slept, or Mezzed" but I've always thought that mezzed is a grey area does it include stunning and immobilize or what?
And are we sure these aren't broken because I spent at *least* two hours last night running around being held and immobilized and the bar for my second badge barely moved. I know that the mere seconds of a hold aren't going to register, but you'd think that after a while the badge would start to noticably move.
Being stunned and immobilized do count. Including being stunned after you use an awake.
Ok, the second mezzed badge is for 2 hours of being incapacitated. That is 120 minutes. So, for every 72 seconds you get one "tick" of the progress bar.
The third mezzed badge will "tick" once every 6 minutes of being held/mezzed/slept/stunned.

A great way to get the held badges is go find 2 red (orange if u cant find red) SAPPERS inside of a mission, get them in melee range and let um stab u to your hearts content.

I would only do this on a Tank, or Brute, maybe on Scrapper or Stalker, and only one on a squishy class (possibly yellow or even conning).
I know that 2 orange sappers will eventually kill an Ill/Emp Controller.

I highly doubt this would ever happen after seeing the flamewars erupt over this very issue.

Having all earned accolade powers, even at level one is a great idea. Total BALANCE. The arguement that people that have earned them early would cry, does not hold water. I have toons that earned them early and if they changed it so everyone had them exemplared even at level one, I would applaud it. The only people that would cry, are people that want to keep an unfair advantage. What about all the toons that were level 50 before PvP and accolades?
