Actually pistols would be cool, too, but I'm not digging that as much as many of you seem to. I would like to see a hand-to-hand melee combat power that doesn't begin with the word "DARK". All this darkity dark stuff is wearing thin to me in a superhero game. Especially once CoV hits the market, every other character is going to be "Dark".

He does mention something about water... when talking about power combos the first example of an "Oil slick/Any Fire" type of combo that came to him was a pool of water and electricity.
Personally I'd like to see Storm Control for controllers... this way controllers would have atleast 1 matching Primary and Secondary... you could hold mobs in mini debuffing tornadoes of wind... immobilize them "levitate" style in an "updraft"... if you can raise the O2 in Storm Summoning... you could definatly lower it and "asfixiate" mobs... summon more tornadoes to do your work...
Would be nice if Storm Summoning was the "outdoors" specialist... getting stronger than normal powers but only usable outdoors... just like the EQ druid... lightning from the sky, heavy rain on LARGE areas, Cloud formations...
And water could fit in there...
A Solarpowered fire/energy damage based powerset could also be an outdoors specialist... but I think I;m going off course... maybe it's for another thread 
He mentioned possible wall climbing somewhere way down the road... would be cool ... I'm hoping some "running on all 4" comes along too... that wouldnt require remaking all animations for powers (unlike wall climbing)... when attacking the guy would stand straight...

I think Electric melee has scrapper written all over it. Then again fire doesn't sound very tankish either. I'm hopin it's scrapper. To me it would have to be like dark or fire, a damaging set even as armour. Tanks don't need any more armours, scrappers do.

I think Electric melee has ME written all over it. Scrapper. Tanker. You name it. Whatever melee AT it comes out for, I'll instantly make a character for it. Imagine that, as I burn endurance on enemies, I'll wear them out, too. I'll have battles seeing who runs out of endurance first. Me, or my foes. 
In I6 we'll get the long awaited 'electric shock feedback' system that Statesman is such an advocate of.
All this magnetics and water is cool, and so are pistols, but ummm.... What about incarnates? And Avilons? I also believe we can refer to water AT's as "Coralax" I highly doubt statesman will see this post.... but I wouldn't DARE PM him. He would probably say like "Soon." I think that's his automatic response or something....

As much as i would love to see pistol scrappers too, i'm betting it is one of those sets that has been up there for a long time that will never get done. Statesman has admitted to liking the idea too, which may give us some hope, but not much. Personally, i'd love to run around AP pistol whippin' Hellions with a Pistol/SR scrapper.
