My wife, son and myself did the Positron TF about 2 weeks ago. To date, only I have received the badge for the TF. We did do the TF over 2 days, since it got late one evening, and we decided to finish it the next day. Everyone got the TF complete when we finished. I got my badge about 2 days later, but my wife and son have still not seen the badge. How long will it take get the badge?

I did the Crimson story arc and had to defeat the Kronos(?(Giant Malta robot)) twice, once as an ambush and once in an outdoor mission... I completed the story arc but never recieved any souvenir for it.
Is there a way to see if you have beat certain missions which have the Monster type mob in it and reward that badge? I defeated Adamaster in a portal mission once and defeated the Kronos robot twice... big pain in the rear to find people who are doing that certain story arc...
Not sure the best way other than through an SG or friends. Also the Adamastor in the portal mission isn't awarding the badge, only Adamastor in Dark Astoria gives the badge. Babbage in the portal mission doesn't give the Clockstopper badge, only the one on the Synapse TF for now until they fix Babbage's Boomtown spawning.

I have the same problem with Babbage, although the rest of my group got the badge.
I assume I didn't b/c I'm a healer and didn't do any damage. Even though we were grouped, so obviously I should have.

Edit: I did this POST update. 8 pm CST Sunday Sept 19.
I sent a petition on the 19th, they replied quickly and told me to wait a couple of days and if it's not resolved, i should reply to them. So on the 22nd I reply to them, and they tell me to wait a couple more days and if it's not resolved, I should reply to them. So this Friday morning I sent another reply and they tell me that this is a known issue and that they're looking into it...
Here's the exact quote of today's response:
"Hi,
This is a known issue and we are currently looking into it."
That's all, he didn't even tell me when to reply back if my issue isn't resolved.
Positron, when will I get my Manticore and Numina TF badges?
This will probably get me flamed but ..
I see alot of people acting as if they are owed the badges and that the DEVs should be datamining for every little badge, the badges were put in after the fact, things like this go on all the time in online games, new features get added, most online games do not 'retro' any new features to the characters, if a new race gets added, they do not give everyone the option of changing to it because it was not there before, if a new class gets added to a game, they don't offer to everyone the ability to change from what they are to the new class, if new powers get added to most games, they don't usually allow characters to change what they have and the list goes on ...
The DEVs added respec so you could change what you picked, they then went above and beyond in datamining for badges people got previously to the patch, something they really did not have to do and something a majority of online games would not have done, EQ added several classes and races over time, they allowed some races to play some classes they couldn't before, at no time did you see a DEV say 'ok, everyone can trade in their old characters for 1 of the new race and class !!' ..
Yet the DEVs here have gone that extra step and are trying to datamine gigs of data files to retro award badges, I have news for those crying about this, you are not the only ones missing the badges and that are waiting on them, there are thousands and thousands of characters/players also waiting and wanting and petitioning and complaining, yet I see posts where the person posting feels they have more of a right than the rest of us and is all but demanding something that was orignally offered out of being nice ...
They are still datamining and trying to get them out, as they are found, you get awarded them, there is really no way the DEVs can log on to a server and start handing badges out on an individual basis and it is insane to think they should, do you know how many people they would have to be doing this for? Then add in those that are just flat out lying about ex-badges, should they just be given the badge because they said they did XXX mission?
This is like kicking a guy in the teeth for giving a thirsty man water because there was no ice in the glass ...

This is not directed at any one person posting in particular, but at the over all posts I have seen, there are a lot of much more serious bugs / issues the DEVs are also trying to fix, be patient, let them datamine, eventually you will get your badges, if not, there probably is not alot that can be done since if they can't datamine it out, they can't just give out the badges on trust, if they did, many would say they did XXX mission when they didn't to get a badge, the DEVs are also adding in a way to go back and redo TFs and Trials, let them work on this and then, if you don't get your badge, dash back in and redo whatever it was you didn't get the badge for, but the here is to be patient, let them work, let them fix the big pressing issues first and then see where everything is afterwards ...

There are some with the Manticore TF badge, and there are some that do not have it even though they have completed it. I have completed the Manticore TF AT LEAST TEN TIMES. Hell, I even have demo files for the Manticore TF alone that total over 28mb.
As for the Numina TF, I completed it but only got the Jurrasic badge. But that's not all, I even have a demo of me and my three allies putting a stop to Jurrasic. What more proof do you need?
It'd be really nice if Positron or any dev would update us about this issue, seeing as how there have been no word from the devs about this issue for the past several days.

As I said, this was not directed at any person or poster at all. it was directed at those posts that are obviously in need of reminding of this.
People have to understand, that there are probably thousands of others also petitioning for these badges, the DEVs are datamining them, they have said this, along with doing this they are also trying to fix other bugs / issues as well ..
I'll ask you this, do you think 5 days is enough time, with the other much more pressing issues on the DEVs plate, along with the other several thousand players that are also petitioing, to expect them to get you the badge? It is not even known how they store their data, they just might not have datamined down to the players yet, maybe they have a known issue with certain badges not being given and plan to fix the bug then redatamine ..
I understand the frustration, I have several badges I don't even know if I will ever be able to get yet I know I did the missions/TFs for, it is very frustrating, just as it is very frustrating for the other several thousand people waiting as well, but the DEVs are doing it the only fair way they know and that is to datamine them.
Not everyone is honest, there are probably many that will say they did the TF/mission/whatever when they really didn't, so the only fair way is to datamine them, this takes time, time they are spending along with also trying to get other things fixed ...
If this issue was on a much smaller scale, like only a handful to a hundred people having the issue and there were not other, larger, bugs needing fixing, I would completely understand all the anger I am reading in some of the posts, but the scale is very large and something that, originally, was going to be done by the DEVs as a courtesy is probably turning into a huge headache for them to the point that, if I were a DEV, I probably wouldn't offer up such kindnesses in the future.
EQ did this, they stopped long ago doing things like the DEVs are doing here for us because sooo many people would complain about it not getting done for them right that moment or within a couple days, that it became easier for the EQ DEV and GMs to just answer with their now common standard answer of 'We are sorry but will be unable to assist you on this issue' ...
Please, like I said, understand I am not, in any way, directing this at any person or poster, but if you read the many threads that have been started about this, you will see a lot of posts of some very rude people getting mad because the DEVs will not take special attention in them directly and fix their issue at the exact moment the person wants, as if they are the only one in the game with the issue and/or are more special than the rest of us also waiting this out ...

Well after a week of being told the badges are still being sorted through, I am hearing that TF badges have all been given out, yet I completed the Positron TF and still have not recieved anything. We all got the SO for it and it said complete but the Good Dr Vahz never showed, could that be throwing something off, we actually waited there for like 5 minutes but no Dr. I would just like to know whether I am gonna get a badge for that hard work cause it would be nice to actually get the reward for it. Also are we able to be reverse SK and do those as a friend of mine didn't do it but if he could go back and do it it'd be great.

The DEVs seemed to still be datamining and working on getting people the older badges they say they are missing, I know this because I logged onto the test server to check out the new changes about 5 minutes ago and picked up a badge I knew I should have gotten but had not yet.
I haven't had it pop to me on the live server yet so I am guessing they are putting something into the patch that lets more of the missing badges get dropped on to the characters. ...
I think if people will just have a little more patience, the DEVs will get everything going the way most, some, a few, are wanting =)
Just wondering is the Badge for the cavern of trancendance Trial working yet? cause i just finished it and got my souvenir honor badge but not the "badge" badge

Well my only problem with it is the response i keep getting when i submit it to support is The TV trial is not working properly and you will not get your badge for that til we get it fixed. I haven't done the TV trial yet so what did that have to do with my submission, lol. Just wondering.

How about the bug where you complete a story arc, get the screen that asks you to pick your reward enhancement, and after you've selected your reward, gives you nothing? I've had two separate story arcs do this to me, and in both cases I had at least three empty slots in my tray to receive the reward.

The Doc doesn't appear in that TF, so that isn't your problem...
I've been missing the Sister Psyche TF badge since issue 2 came out. I received my other two retro'd TF badges right away, so I /petitioned the missing one. I've gone through a ridiculous series of responses from the GMs on this. Weeding out the ones that were completely unhelpful, my responses go something like this:
1. TF badges will be datamined by 9/20/04. Reply if you don't have it by then.
2. Ok, it's taking longer than we thought, reply if you don't have it in 2-3 more days.
3. Still nothing? Well, we've forwarded your concern to QA as a bug then.
4. QA: fill out this bug report that has nothing to do with our datamining for your badge. (Seriously, I don't think this problem has anything to do with my OS or system specs, but I still filled it all out.)
So, once again looking for a straight answer: Is the datamining for TFs completed prior to issue 2 still going on? If the answer is Yes, fine I can be patient and I know there's a lot of players to go through. If the answer is No, then where's my badge?

Why hasn't any dev mentioned this issue for the past 4 days or so, what's going on? If you want proof I completed the Manticore and Numina TF, let me know and I'd gladly send you that proof.
New information out today. Don't know if i should name him or not, but here's what he said:
"Hello,
You should recieve your badge at some point in time;however, we have no way to allot you the badge if you do not. This is something that will have to be done by the developers and will have to be fixed by a patch or future update.
Thanks!"
So I guess Mechatron was right. We will have to wait for a patch, or update 3.
I'm in the same boat....
and so is everyone I did the Numina TF with.
We got a full group of 8 and did it about 2 days befoer patch 2 went live, so I'd expect to be oneo f the last to hear back, but I would in fact expect to hear -something-, at some point.
This was not an easy tf, and most of the members have leveld out of the now-smaller range since then, so this is not something I'm looking forward to having to redo.
In addition, I would very much like the Jurrasik badge- because unlike the synapse TF, Jurassik -is- a required part of this badge, and there is no way to get it that does not involve killing him.
IN any case, just an update with a revised rough ETA would be nice, imho. Let us know you're still working on it, devs, if only in general vauge terms.
Ya i am missing positron badge, sister phsyhe's, and terrea volta trials.. did all 3 but no badge. i got the accolad for TV thoug. oh and where is this list of badges at???
