Skills appear ready before they really are ???

My heals, hasten, etc appear to be fully charged when i look at the icon, yet it takes a while after that before they are truely ready.

Sucks when you think your heal is ready and it's not

I first saw this on TEST, but now after issue 2 has gone live, i see it again.

Anyone else have this and if so, how do you report it ?

This is a known bug and should be fixed in a future patch

Actually, this used to happen to me on Live before test. It wasn't every time though. But when it would do it, it kept doing it...

This was happening to me all night last night on the live servers. Sometimes as much as a 5 second lag before I could use the power even though it would show as ready.

I kept calling folks to me to cast RA and then made them wait while I tried to cast it.

I've had this with hasten a few times, but not recently. I think it happened only when I died which would make me lose hasten. The button seemed to recycle and in the chat window it said Hasten is recharged, but clicking hasten would only que it up, not fire it off. Eventually I got a second notice that hasten was recharged. None of my other powers were ever affected.

Like I said this was a long time ago, when I was in the 20s, maybe a month ago or more.

It was happening before the update. It seems more pronounced on powers that take longer to recharge, perhaps proportional to the recharge time. The icon may show that it's recharged and ready to use, but it isn't really recharged until you get a chat message that says so.

Actually, yesterday I was having the exact opposite thing happen. My controller would queue up a hold before it had fully recharged and it would fire off immediately.
(Or maybe it was just a series of coincidences, but it sure didn't seem like it.)

This happens with Earth's Embrace for me and has been happening for the last month or so on live.

Considering how many times it must've been /bugged on test (I did it three or four times with that many different powers) Why the hell wasn't it fixed ALREADY?

Thank you for making me feel sane again. This happened to me earlier with hasten where the icon would appear available but when I clicked on it nothing would happen. Yet my SG members with hasten were not having the same error. Not a big deal but as a scrapper I always get excited when I see that one light up.

That's good to know. It hasn't happened a lot, but it's happened a few times over the last couple weeks. Good to know it's "known."
