Did Shadow Fall have that speed debuff in Beta?

Are the graphic settings for the game stored on my computer and if so can I change them without having to log into the game.
Or are the graphic settings stored on the server and are only changeable by logging into the game? -
I found these in game, I assume they are related to the Lore Incarante Slot. -
I will the second they raise the cap on Virtue to 60.

I seem to remember a different set of (potential) names listed there. I did a google search and I found in the past a discussion happened on this board where different names are being used.

Omega, Destiny, Lore, Hybrid are the possible names being used in that thread. Lore is the name I remember being on the going rogue page.
Does anyone remember a different set of names being listed on that Going Rogue page in the past? -

I wish Shadowy Presence was an aura. I don't think its fair the Devs balanced SPs awesome appearance by limiting it to 5 minutes at a time.

Way back in CoV beta I got into a base raid, we were attacking. The defenders had set the base up so in several rooms there were trenches.
Code:Something like that. Anyway the defenders had a bunch of TA (and Glue Arrow) on their team. Whenever I tried to make it through one of those rooms some enemy would hit me with Glue Arrow and I would be stuck running in the bottom of one of those trenches._ __ __ |_ _| |_ _| |_| |_|
Then I would get ganked. -
What really bugs me about the Tsoo is how they have all these really cool and unique bosses (I like that part) that are level locked to 5 levels (this I don't like). Head to AE and take a look the level ranges for the Tsoo bosses. It seems like such a waste of great art assets.
Several mobs in this game have mobs that spawn as bosses in the low level, but in the 20s they spawn as LTs. Lost Aberrant Eremite as an example. Some of those Tsoo bosses for the early 20s would make good LTs in the low 30s.
Also Chimera has Ninjas as for henchmen. Those Ninjas start at 45. Can't be that hard to make a NPC powerset that spawns at 45 usable by NPCs at level 30-35. -
That level range where Tsoo and Carnies overlap doesn't leave a lot of Tsoo mobs available to spawn. After level 25ish Tsoo just spawn as Inkmen, either Red or Blue. The level 20-30 Rogue Alingment mission is pretty much all Tsoo. I think the mission is pretty cool, but once all Tsoo minions are the same mob, that mission gets pretty monotonous.

So it's time to clear up a slot on Virtue and it looks like it a tough choice between two corrupter. A level 28 Dark/Traps corrupter and a level 30 Arrow/Arrow corrupter.
Your vote decides the fate of one of these Rogues. Two corrupter enter this thread, one corrupter leaves. -

Chiwetel Ejiofor
He was vicious in the Firefly movie and his role in Red Belt was very zen master.
Red Belt had a lot of fight choreographing that involved grappling and MMA style fights. If that was BP's fighting style in the movie that would help set him apart from batman in some small way. For the opening action scence have a second stringer like Rhino get taken down by BP using a rear neaked choke or a omaplata.
I'm interested in how Captain America's fighting style will be, will he use the large lopping roundhouses that was popular in old movies, the tight boxing style you find in television today, or will he be a big kicker. If he's a kicker I want to see him drop kick a nazi of the top of a base or castle. -
A lot of this sounds like it might be coming in the Incarnate system.

I misread debuff resistance as damage resistance show I hunted up a link to a spreadsheet with most of the mobs damage resistance listed. Since I took the time to find it I'm gonna post it anyway.
