Ultimus you just need to go into your account and change your card settings so you can spend as much as you want. This limit is just on by default you can turn it off.

Tough is a Tier 3 power. Kick and Punch are the Tier 1 and 2 powers. You'll still need to pick either punch or kick before you can pick Tough.

11.25% to all is PVP only. In PVE zones you'll only get resistance to S/L

I love the set but,

None of the female chest pieces are usable with jackets. This new chest pieces aren't much different then the Steampunk chest pieces and those work great with jackets, especially the 2 steampunk jackets.

The thing I'm most impressed with is how the female barbarian shoulder options save the Witch Gloves from being a waste of money. I've never liked the Witch gloves that cover the bicep. With barbarian shoulders I can cover the top of the Witch gloves and make them look like all new gloves. They way I see it I got 4 new gloves for buying the Barbarian pack.

I think a lot of people got extra Reward Tokens, it just so few people precalculated how many Tokens they should have.

If you have an infestion of skaters you just need the right gauge of gravel and some super glue.

Zwill is color coding the ViPs since there may be some way for Prems and Freebs to post on the boards. I'm not sure if that means Anacrhy with them posting every where or just limited to certain sub forums. In the end ViPs are all one color, then Preems would be anther and then Freebs something else.

It's more Street Justice combo then Dual Blades combo. It's faster, you don't have to attack in any particular order.

Both Staves and Titian have a Parry/Divine Avalanche type power. Having something like Parry is sorta like having a second armour set.
