There are now two version of the Mission Teleporter. The Mac Special Eddition power is still there but it is in a different category than "temp powers". I believe (but won't swear to) that the one you want is under "inherent powers".
You should have 2 versions of the Mission Teleporter, the 5 time limited use version and the Mac Pack(?) special power.
That is if you own the Mac Pack.
The mac pack porter is grayed out until level 2 or 4, I forget. That may be why you're missing seeing it, if you're on a baby character.

lvl 2 like the vip port. It is also purchasable under permanent powers , it is there and visible , just not placed on your hotbar like say the magic tarot thing.
Mac Booster power = Mission Teleporter
New Temporary power = Mission Transporter

i rolled a new toon and i only see the mission tp as a temp power with 5 uses, has this changed then from the old perm power with long recharge????
