Spinning Strike is a 2 part DoT, the damage from fiery embrace is added twice, on the first dot and half a second later. Real numbers doesn't show if fiery embrace's damage buff applies to the combo system. I don't think there's any type of nerf here.

The 6ft might just be a typo, all melee attack are 7ft (thanks castle) I can't imagine the Devs would make an attack with less range then that.

The information layout for street justice's real numbers looks more informative then what I remember in Beta. Looks like this powerset is ready to go on sale next Tuesday.

Preems can't pay rent. The devs let preems join SGs but having a base is locked for supergroups that don't have ViP members. If you want to help your friend join her SG have her make sure you have rent paying permission and you can pay her rent.

So bases aren't locked out for Preems it's only locked out for Preems who don't have any friends that are paying a subscription.

The CoT snakeskin tights are really nice, I'd love to see that snakeskin look for bare hands, bare feet and a head option. I want to be CoT snakeskin from head to toe.

The snakeskin should be available under baggy shirts and baggy pants.

Also that CoT pattern we can put over the tights, that pattern should be avaible on all tights. It's very similar to Sinister and that pattern is avaiable on all tight and baggy options.

I have them unlocked so they show up under costume sets in the CC. I thought the devs would be selling costume sets from there. I just took a look on the market and I don't see the Going Rogue costume sets under bundles. They aren't for sale right now, I don't know if that's an accident (someone forgot to enter it) or on purpose. Maybe they haven't decided if it's 400pts for both sets or 400 each.

Can you buy them through the costume creator? Are alpha and omega listed under costume sets and do they have a shopping cart icon?

I can't give you a good answer how to figure this out but under your NCsoft Master Account all points you've bought and all points awarded to you as a stipend are shown, that information is listed under billing info. You can get the number of how many points you've earned/ started with.


You can use /mypurchases to see how many enhancement boosters you've purchased. There's an easy way to get /mypurchases into a log file and then into an html file to make viewing your purchase record more easily. It's not a very complete record, you don't see times or points spent.

When the animal pack came out there was a dev digest/dev letter that came out the same day talking about the animal pack. That post referenced a lizard/dinosaur pack and then all references to reptiles were edited out latter that day. I'm not positive if the letter was saying they had reptilian ideas for the pack and they dropped the idea before working on the pack or the letter was saying they also made some reptilian costume pieces but they're not going on sale for awhile.

You can use a Preem account to invite your alts into your own SG. Preems can invite and promote within an SG but they can not pay rent and they can not start an SG on their own. I've already invited all my I21 alts into my supergroups using a preem account.

It only cost $5 to upgrade a free account to a Preem.

If I send a tell to a freeb will I see a message that lets me know they won't be able to respond?

If I know the person can't respond to my tell I'll just send the invite.

If you're building a sewer team don't fill it up. If you start your sewer team with only 6 people the LFG should pull 2 people who are waiting in queue. This doesn't work 100% of the time but I do (usally) end up with 1 or 2 more players when I start sewers runs with less then a full team.

You just have to spend 5 bucks in order to get the Reward Token. That's all you need in order to get a second account that can help you manage your base.

Your first purchase of points from the market grants you a Reward Token no matter the size. If you decide you want anther token all points purchased ever counts towards the 1200pts equals 1 Reward Token. If you buy the $5 point package you'll be 1/3 of the way towards your second point.

I demand the devs make this up to us.
