outleveling first ward

There seem to be a lot of contacts in first ward. I like to take a character and run them through all the arcs in the game. To do this i normally have to turn off exp earn a fe times. But sometimes i get lucky. Can you get contacts/do all the arcs in first ward, if you are say 50th level?

AFAIK, yes. The only thing you couldn't do is the repeatable mission vendor (aka the borea/newspaper/police scanner/cimerora guy equivalent)

Yes you can do all the story arcs in the First ward through Ouroburos. They are found in the 25-29 arc level and they are numbered in order. It is a very good story line and after doing the arcs there let me say I wouldn't mind at all to make "Mother" walk off a short pier into a black hole...

First Ward contacts will stop handing out mission when you hit level 30.

Yes it can be done easly if you solo or run with a small team that runs though it without doing other stuff.

I started at 23 on my brute and finished at 28.9 running though it solo on +0x1, so even there I had some wiggle room.

Thanks everyone. I get it now. They are standard contacts. I will finish them by 24, by turning off experience. I may do them by 21, cause I got that 7 day death from below power going. I not only do these arcs, but all standard arcs. Therefore "level management" is a major portion of my leveling job, especially before 30. And that was before all the new content.

First Ward is 20-29 then?

There are 8 contacts in First Ward, not counting two I have seen so far that give out repeatable missions.

I solo'd them on a Claws/Willpower Brute and I keep getting called old fashioned because I still use TO's until level 12, DO's from level 12 to 22, and SO's until 47, never buying any IO's until I hit 47 and even then, I don't use many IO enhancement sets. So my character is much,much weaker than other players, characters.

But I did it just fine. No problems except for that floating monster that kept having his seedlings debuff me while I was talking to Numina and Master Midnight on top of that tall building in First Ward.

Oh and by the way. I hit level 30 before I could do the last two arcs. So I had to use Ouroboros to access those arcs.

If you don't got an Ouroboros Portal, get a bud to summon one and go get the badge on top of the building. I also got my portal power by doing a mission for that really hot blonde british chick in the midnighters club. She had some kind of time pocketwatch stolen from her and I had to go get it and it gave me the portal power for beating that mission.

I started the first arc at level 23 and finished the last arc at level 26. I was surprised that there wasn't more content since the story didn't seem to be finished, and I had been told that there was "so much content" that they had to extend the level range of the zone to 29.
