Alright, i moved 1 slot from hasten and 1 mako from initial strike. End looks better already, although the 22% acc I get from KC in initial strike is a little worrisome. I think with those changes I'd probably go with Musculature core for the +Dam,

Also, a couple notes.
I know there's an end mod in Spinning strike instead of a 5th positron's blast, but that will get changed.
Is there a way you can see do get a slot or two more into quick recovery without sacrificing Def? Then this whole dilemma wouldn't be a dilemma. -
I posted my build below. Here's the thing. I'm really interested in picking up musculature for the extra damage, but I'm a little worried about the endurance. It doesn't seem to be a problem in teams, but solo it can get a little iffy at times. So, do i pick up the radial branch of musculature? Do I just say whatever and go for the core branch? Or do I pick up another one all together?
I'm really interested in Agility as well, it really fits the character concept and the boosts just seem really nice.
I've got musculature slotted in the current build (in light of the new alpha's not being on Mids yet), and I'm going for reactive interface and vorpal judgment.
Anyone got a suggestion for me? Any ideas for something I haven't thought about yet?

Maybe some stuck people and Anti-Social, other then that I don't see anything else. Remember there people who play on Virtue who does rping and there really no other place for that. Also Pvp is big on Victory and Freedom so people won't leave those server just to start over again. I mean once someone find a server they like lets face it, it's kind of hard to leave that server.

Eli Senpai here thinking about the VIP server-to-come when Freedom launches and I had a sudden fear... is everyone that I like playing with going to leave Pinn? I surely hope not, but I suppose it's a possibility.
I really enjoy playing low lvl characters, and playing with the potential incoming newbs doesn't bother me a bit, but if that's ALL that I have available to me, it will be very sad.
I love Pinn. We are a very chill, friendly server. A little underpopulated, but that's okay because it ends up that you get to know many people and play with them regularly. I feel like many people will move to the VIP server once freedom launches, but I'm hoping that those people come from other servers.
Does anyone intend on leaving/staying?

Yeah, the TA debuff powers do seem to recharge real slow. I think it would be a fun set to run at some point, but I think i'm going to go with dark on this one. I do <3 Tar patch
I'll have to find a way to work fearsome stare into my build. It seems like a great power.
Question:
Is taking both Stunning shot and Petrifying gaze worth it? I could just as well take Fearsome stare if not. I was thinking it would be a nice double stacked st hold/immob with SS and PG. I would also lose a little bit of rech if i took FS, but i could pick it up elsewhere. -
Man, these are all good suggestions, but then I was thinking... what if I want some more utility? What if I went Trick arrow/AR defender, the goal being to light up the night with oil slick and Blazing Arrow? Here's a build I came up with for that as well.

I have this great idea for a character, but I need some help. She's an old RPG character of mine, and the powers I want to give her are archery and dark. I'm having trouble deciding exactly what I want from her, except to be a bad*ss, and so here is what my problem is. Do I go Ar/Dark Corr, Dark/Ar Def, or wait until i21 drops and go Ar/Dark blaster? I know I wanna fight from a distance, and the new powers for Dark Mastery don't seem to lend themselves well to that. I also know that I want to deal good damage, but also survive pretty well. What do I do?!?!
I made 2 different builds for a Corr and a Def, which was totally unhelpful because they're both really nice in slightly different ways. I know the Corr will end up with more damage, particularly with scourge, but the Def is definitely more survivable. I'll probably go with Cardiac or Spiritual alpha either way, and I'm not sure about the others.
Has anyone rolled either of these toons? What have you discovered about them? I would love some help because I really want this new toon and it's driving me crazy that I can't decide...

I'm kind of new to the world of brutes, but recently I've been playing an SS/SD brute and he's amazing. I've mostly been doing farms and such to solo lvl him (since everyone on earth is doing BAF 24/7 XD) and I saw recently that I was hitting the 400% damage cap for shield charge almost the whole time i was farming. At lvl 41 with no enhancements but nearly full fury, AAO, and x2 Rage, I'm doing something like 310-20 damage, which is fine, but I was hoping to get a little more bang for my buck. Does anyone have any ideas about the best way to slot shield charge for best damage?
Should I frankenslot it with damage procs and end redux/recharge and let rage take care of the accuracy and damage %? I know there was a nerf to SC a little ways back, so am I pretty much looking at what it's gonna be like from now on?
If there's a thread on this subject already let me know,
otherwise any input is appreciated

Hello fellow Heroes, Villains, and Somewhere-In-Betweens.
I've been working with a Katana/Fire scrap for a long time, Inferno Izanami, and she's awesome, but I was recently starting to feel the urge to rebuild her. The biggest problem with her is that I play her as an AOE bomshell, but the res in Fiery Aura isn't the best, and the def is pretty much non existant, so i have to spend more time dropping DA than throwing down my AOEs. I was hoping to come up with something that kept my original focus, AOE damage, and had good +rech and def to sm/l and en/-en, at least enough so that I can just pop a small def insp before each battle and get right to my aoes.
I'm trying to avoid purple sets and pvp IOs because I wanna try to get this build together and playable a little quicker than those will allow. This is the build I've come up with and I like it, it's pretty tight, but there's always room for improvement. Can anyone give me some suggestions to help me out? In particular, can anyone see a way to get a little more global rech out of this sort of a build without sacrificing too much def? I don't want to rely COMPLETELY on my Force Feedback procs for my rech.

Oh, I also added in some +hp in there to keep her standing a little longer in the fray. Have her at about 1800 hp currently.

I've been running a Katana/Fire/Fire build for quite some time and it's pretty much a wrecking crew of damage. DA helps a LOT, but even through that the set is a little more squishy than one would hope. The end is also, most likely, gonna be an issue, depending on how many toggles you're running at once XD. Through all that, though, the damage is outstanding. Build up + FE, then Lotus Drops-Fireball-Burn pretty much kills everything in the area running at +2 or 3. A boss MIGHT be left standing, but one shot from Golden Dragonfly and you'll drop them too. AOE is where this combo shines, but ST is solid too, with Sting ot Wasp, Soaring Dragon, and GD (plus Fire Blast from Fire epic). I usually use the toon for farming, simply because of it's defensive liabilities, but it's pretty much fun to play everywhere. In the early going, Kat/FA will blow your mind. Mid-range it gets pretty hairy, and then it goes back to awesome by the end.
Here's the build I've been working on, although I might respec it at some point cause it's a little bit hairy. I built it for aoe damage and +rech, both of which it shines at, and I grabbed the cardiac Alpha for endurance and a little toughness boost. Play with it and see what you think, but I was really pleased with this toon, there's just so much fire!

I would also like to see a complete fixation of all of the bugs in the costume creator that make EVERYTHING clip. All these great costumes I've got planned and there's always a glove that protrudes through my shield, or a tail that comes out from nowhere behind my cape. -

Hey all. I was doing hero tips recently and I came to a really cool arachnos map on one of my alignment missions. The entrance was on top of a boat or submarine (can't remember), and then immediately to my right was a giant Arachnos fortress. There were stairs winding up through ranks of arachnos until the end where there was kind of a large square or plaza kind of thing with a bunch of protesters in the middle. I loved the map so much I wanted to use it in my work in progress AE arc Izanami's Revenge, but I couldn't find the map. Does anyone know what that map is and if I can access it in mission architect?
**In hindsight, a screenshot would have been a good idea, but alas, I didn't think of it at the time. -
The character is one based off of the DBZ universe named Tenchi. The idea behind him is that he's a student of Son Kuririn after Master Roshi retires and Kuririn takes over Kame-school. Of course this is all speculation on my part, but I thought it seemed likely enough. Point being, tell me what you think if you've got thoughts. I always love hearing from you all

Re: Invuln vs Wp...
I would totally consider willpower except I have a WP/SS tank already. He's my gorilla, Silverback. He's absolutely great, I love playing with him.
Does anyone have any input on which would end up more satisfying as far as damage output, SS or BA? I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go with SS, but if anyone has any last minute arguments in favor of Axe, I'd be happy to hear them. -

Also, the purple sets are unnecessary, I just wanted to see what it would look like with a little more recharge. I could also take 1 slot out of somewhere so that I can slot rage/build up with Gaussain's for a little more def but all that stuff is just tinkering. If it will make a big difference let me know.
