I didn't mention it there, but I thought about City of Heroes.
To get back around to why I'm making this post here, when you create a superhero in the game, what makes them a "superhero" and not just a "hero"? Is it their costume? Their powers? A persona of something greater than their own self? Or do you prefer to make regular guys that fight crime, or something else that's not a "hero"?

Ever since the introduction of Mot I have had a Theory on the The Coming Storm, We currently have Mot and The Banished Pantheon, The 5th and the Nictus, Preatorean Hamidon, Tyrant and the IDF, The Well, Ouroboros, The Letter Writer, Rularuu and the Rularuu-Shin, Darin Wade, The Battalion, The Rikti, The Furies, and with the recent events of this spring fling it looks like Arachnos may be coming back as a threat all at once.
This is the freaking Ragnarok, every major power we know about is coming into the fray at once, and we have a Jormungandr under sharkhead. -

Damage set bonuses don't effect pets, which makes that utterly useless, Masterminds have the lowest base HP in the game, so a maxhp bonus is trivial, and resistance bonuses are only remotely valuable when you already have a lot of resistance to add them to, which, obviously, a Mastermind does not - not that their resistance hard caps are high enough for it to matter anyway.
Could we get some of these changed to something relevant, like Defense, which at least gives a feasible boost to survivability when stacked, or recovery, for the end. heavy secondaries? -

Scirocco, was not always evil might shift alignment. Then imagine Grandville without Recluse. It's like Apokolips without Darkseid. Grandville would be a site of civil war, certainly between Mako and Black Scorpion who despise one another. Sure, maybe The Weaver returns...who knows. You really NEED Recluse there just keep Grandville civil...ish.

An annoying change to be sure, but you know what you want access to midnighter club on a character do the work for it. I have on every character I own, not once taking the shortcut to do it.

I would have done it much the same, except instead of the power absorption being the thing that killed states, I would have had him stood against Incarnate powered Wade after losing his powers and get killed in the fight.

Umbra Beast looks like high damage, but High probably of Squish.

When my tray fills up eat anything that is not a T-3 or a mez protection one on a squishy.

Bots/TA - outside of having a poor power choice early, Personal attack or flash arrow, Bots is probably the best set to use TA with as a MM. The Protector bots cover the lack of buffs/heals that TA has, and OSA arrow + Assault bot's Firepatch = Lots of Death.
as for sonic, I have a Necro/Sonic MM at level 30 right now that is very powerful, once 32 hits the self healing minions with 40% resistances should rarely die outside of AVs and Incarnate Content. -

I know one thing that is different, Island Chains in the COHverse apparently can move around to a place that is convenient for the current plot.
