i got another conecpt in mind: Im wanting an earth themed char but stone armor doesn't seem that great. Im gonna color DA/ to make it look like sand. I was wondering how Stone melee damage stacks up against SS and EM.

i mean i hear how good they are at farming but i still dont see why alot of ppl make them(espicially with dumb names)

i, for one, find controllers dull to lv to 32 since the is alot of DoTs,except ill rad (id rather lv a ff/ defender solo )

do alot of ppl actuall like this build or is this just people being sheep?

i myself like the villian ATs more

* corruptors have a nice in herit as compared to defenders

* Dominators are what contollers should have been and have a uniquie power set

*All the villain ATs are more solo friendly.

*I can come up with more concepts for the villian ATs( not all villan concepts )

which does more dmg ? storm/sonic or grav/storm?

first things first i know very little about IO's and capping stuff.


anyway would anyone happen to have a leveling build for this combo. Is this a good combo to try?

what power set combos would work best for a wind based char?

ok ive finally decided on fire/stone/arctic

whil stone/fire is nice it feels slow and i feel granite is gonna crimple my dmg

does anyone have a leveling build up to when i should be using IO's( lv 35 i assume)
i may take ss as a travel power
ps: after doing a lil customizing i have grown to not hate ice armor , ijs

ok after a bit of testing i have narrowed it down to:

fire/stone/arctic, stone/fire/arctic, and fire/storm/stone (troller)

ppl have told me fire armor is weak and that ice melee sucks ****. while i like all the AOE of fire/storm i feel like im missing that slight burst damage i need to solo at low lvs.

well see i wasnt sure which AT would deal more dmg and i also am not fond of ice armor

Im basically wanting to try a melee version of my concept since im testing wich AT would fit better.( i dont realy wanna play a blaster, the other blueside ATs can't really fit easliy)

ok thx guys, im trying out fire/storm atm. I would love to try earth/cold/fire ( earth's graphics look epic) but as stated earths damage is just too low for me :P

Hmm how well does /cold work with fire and soloing? im prolly going to go with fire/cold or fire/storm

ok Im wanting to make a controller that can use 3 dif natural elements. I need help on picking the power sets that would fit this concept BUT , still be able to solo as well and do decently on teams. Im open to all sugestions. I plan on taking flight as a travel power and i am only a 3 month vet( if that helps). Note i am not SUPER imaginative so work with me lol

I could also use a lving build. Im not all into the math and stuff when it comes to builds since i dont know about this games deep mechanics.

i can honestly say that once GR comes out, i will never roll a troller ever again lol

i haven't heard of many ppl rolling any fire/psi doms since i15(prolly because most ppl already have one). all i hear is nrg this and nrg that.(awesome secondary but i want more AOE). so my questions are

1. how is fire/psi on ST dmg / aoe dmg?
2. does anyone have a post i15 lving build( im still fairly new to buildind and sloting) if not a build , a few tips on what to take and such.

doms are the most apealing ATs to me so im trying a few out , hope fullay one will be my 1st redside 50 :P

ok ill prolly take them . im lving a fire/psi, and a grav/nrg and i and wanting to be more useful on teams.

should i take the Aoe immobs or skip them? whats sets are they useful in? i keep hearing different things.

Ok plain and simple , i wanna make a char based on Ganondorf. what AT and power sets would simulate him best( been playing too much SSB. ) doesn't matter if its red or blue side.

TY so much all , i think ill go for it and take FSC as the only sword atck :P i think i may pick WP or SR as the secondary. im worried about SR tho because it is kinda based on luck.

1. i dont want the fire sword attacks ( is that a bad idea?)
2. im unsure what secondary to choose ( im very new to scrappers and have only tried /fire and WP)

so my dom is lv 22 now and im in need of a build good for both teaming and solo. but im still very new to building toons so if anyone has a build idea id appreciate it. also is it bad to still use training enhancers? i wanna do IOs( or w/e they are called :S) but they are too expensive for me.

honestly WHO complains about MORE dmg overall and ONE broken power being fixed >_>. you have got to be the ONLY person ive seen complain about the changes ( except on PSW of course)
