It seems to me that this issue will not be resolved until we have the hami raid tomorrow night (which will be dedicated to the J-Force).
If we are blacklisted and are not allowed to come that will be one problem.
If we are not blacklisted and are allowed to come, then that will be a whole different problem.
Due to the facts that we have available to us it seems that there is an issue with the League system that is causing lag. Anything else is just conjecture and baseless opinions.
It seems that the real people at fault are the raid leaders who are trying to use the league system in the first place. Ghantana got it right. Instead of trying to pass the back you should take into account your own actions and not use the league system.
I for one am boycotting all leagues and will refuse to team with any group that exceeds 8 members. -

Ah, rememba that time when I showed up ta a hami raid an griefed it by existin. One tank, in the goo, minding his own buisness "ruined" the raid fer everyone. I don't think it was one lil old tank that ruined the raid, I think it was the 80 some odd people who stopped what they was doing ta yell at the poor dead tank.

He wrote an apology ta the J-Force for something he said and he wrote "I hope that you can except this apology" So I did exactly what he wanted, I took exception to it.

Its pretty dern cool that we are gonna get the biggest invasion, you know, save the best fer last.

Devs, I would like a pony. I am not talking about a metaphysical pony, I am talking an in-game pony. I want a 4 legged rig that I can ride around on.
I love your game devs, but really, if you can't give me a pony then at least explain why you can't make one. If you offer some compensation for making me wait for a pony I will understand, otherwise I just might have to take up equestrianing IRL. -

As one who has been sworn to secrecy inside of a crowded hami I swear to you that there is nothing malicious going on, and after I grant XxSlashxX increased density I think I will have commented on all the relevant points of his side of the discussion.

It started off a little slow, and there are a few tiny gramatical errors, but once we got to the bank robbery we were cooking.
I was thinking to myself, "ok super stength is cool, and invulnerability, but where is the ice?"
Then you brought the Ice out. I actually got more and more hyped as I read that whole bit about the snake, and you did not disappoint.
All this talk of otters though and it turns out Tundy is possessed by the midgard serpent. Who would have thought. -

Top Ten used to be the biggest supergroup in City of Heroes. It was so big that they had to have a civil war when pvp came out and it ended up splitting into two SGs for pve and pvp.
In fact I got my start on the forums by specifically picking fights with Top Ten members BECAUSE they were the biggest group in the game.
They could be again, if only they had you. -

Jokes aside I have to say I have never really had a chance to get to know Castle. His outside appearance at all the conventions made him seem open, for the players, and wanting to give to us as much information as he could. It was always fun hearing him talk at panels.
If you can allow me to remissness for a moment my very first Castle Memory was at the first Hero-Con at Dave and Busters. I spent all night trying to buy him drinks in hope that I could get some kind of secrets. But, being the consummate professional that he is, he would deftly avoid me at all times and refused to acknowledge any of my questions.
He will be missed. -

This has been asked for time and time again. The devs keep /jrangering it because it seems no one really uses bases.

Maybe I'm missing something, but ranged/melee primary, debuff secondary ... That's just a Corruptor with a few melee powers in it's primary and it's buff sets removed. While I see what you are going for, I don't really think this is different enough to be needed. Even it's inherent is like a Corruptor's, just for debuff instead. Maybe with a cooler inherent this idea could take it's own shape, but as it stands now I'd have to /jranger it.

While the ideas are unique, I don't think those buffs are what's needed for ninja. -
I don't know if it's just me, but a super speed where you trade out jumping to be invisible doesn't sound appealing to me. Nothing wrong with the idea itself, I'm just /jrangering it based on not seeing the point.

Adding Santa into the game would be disrespect to the classic old Winter Event tradition. Have you all forgotten what Winter Event stands for? For shame, I /jranger this idea with the fury of a thousand Lord Winters. -

1. How about an temporary emergency teleport power you can craft. As said "emergency" meaning you do not aim, you simply press, it activates, and the result could be great or you find yourself only 5 feet away. I would be a one shot "OMG!" use only. Some of the results would result in a w00t to a ROTFL. I do not see why this could not be used in PvP as everyone would have access to the power via common drops - not rare. Something else, the power is a one time use device.

How about some more comedy like watching Freakshow trying to create a flying wing for their tanks... watching the animation of some freak lighting a fuze and the poor tank splattering on a building side, simply blowing up, or shoots up into the air and the rocket explodesl The Skulls could aslo steal the jetpacks with the same results when they try. If a hero or villain comes across one that is abandoned they could claim it, use it, of course they may fair not much better.
3. How about "master of the story arc"? Go all the way through an arc (yours that is) without dying and earn a free level up (of course you can turn it down). If you turn it down you have an option for a rare recipe drop or X amount of influence/infamy. Weaker type toons could bring teammates along but nobody can die. Soloists can keep track a bit easier though im sure.
4. I thought we had some deal coming with a villain or hero that decides to become your most hated enemy and the fun of him attacking you between missions, out of the blue, unexpected, or simply passing out pictures with your face on it and a big reward? Is that idea dead now?
5. How about a teleport beacon to the safe area of each PvP zone, like in a building or just outside the entrance that we can add to our bases?
6. How about occassionally seeing Statesman or any of the other big heros/villains walking down a street discussing hero/villain type stuff before they either take off in flight or enter a building?

Just a small thought that occurred to me while thinking of Dual Pistols. As most by now one of the powers, assumed or confirmed: I don't recall, allows the user to change ammo types to deal different types of damage. So, I was thinking it would be a neat idea to allow users with the Claws powerset or any other, if there are other, sets that have an alternate damage type to be allowed to switch between the two. I'm referring to how Claws for Scrappers and Stalkers deals solely Lethal damage while Night Widows get Lethal with a small Toxic DoT. Of course I'm all for compromise and if that involves upping the End costs slightly or whatever so be it, I just think having more options is always a good idea.
We don't even know how switching the damage for pistols works anyways, for all we know it could be toggles. -

I like the fact that the NPCs in Icon are all dressed in the same uniform. Just because some person guessed that a new NPC was added, when that was never said in the first place, is no reason to change it.
